    @cogecohelps @cogeco can’t believe this. New service was supposed to start on the 16th but you guys didn’t deliver any devices and now we’re not expecting it until atleast the 18th. This is how you guys start off a new service in 2020? Think it’s already time to switch providers.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco No. My modem is still not online. I have reset it with the little button by pressing it for 3 seconds, I have unplugged it and removed the battery (which doesn't work)and plugged it back in after a couple of mins (did this a few times) and still nothing

    @cogeco so sad that for months been fighting to get my line changed due to unstable connection not once they bothered to come out and had lots of rude techs then @Bell comes find a line broken for them fixed it next day and super awesome techs

    Cogeco's normally bad, but the last couple weeks they've been so bad that I've been mostly using my phone data for everything, even my computer

    Hi @cogeco. New customer and we haven’t had internet since last Friday. Have been on twice with support, no fix. Can’t get a tech to come fix the issue they did not show up yesterday for their appointment. We need internet as we’re both working from home. Not a good start

    @cogecohelps you came into my building disconnected my internet and now refuse to help me or send a technician. Cogeco completely DESTROYED my holiday and any chance at seeing extended family over the quarentine. This is disgusting and everyone at Cogeco should be ashamed.
