Hi @cogeco , with the second Internet outage this week, I'm sure I'll see a reduction in my bill for service not provided, right? That's how fairness works, isn't it?

For anybody who's facing the @Cogeco outage, it's their DNS server. This is a peace of infrastructure that you can work around by connecting to a different DNS server. You have to change settings on your devices not to use Cogeco's one - for example, Google runs one at 8.8.8.8.

@cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels
