Cogeco I’ve followed the guide to reset my wifi the password you provided is incorrect. This is the 2 time this week I am without internet service. You continue to increase your fees and your service is getting worse. I am not impressed. I hung up after waiting 30 mins for help

@cogeco Are there still internet problems ? Mine is slow loading pages and I have the “weak security “ wifi showing. A few of my friends do as well. This is concerning. What can be done? I’ve directed messaged since you were down and no response.
