@cogecohelps @cogeco That’s not acceptable. I work online. I’m using data from my phone. My office has no connection to my work. Is there a back up server or service u could direct us to for the time being. So for the amount of hours without server do we get compensated or reimbursed? 1/2

@cogecohelps Internet is back up for me in St. Catharines. Just finished a call with Cogeco service rep who said there was no outage — but clearly there was if others in the area are reporting the same issue at the same time. Perhaps Cogeco could dig a little deeper into the problem..

@pawprints1986 @TekSavvyCSR They told me it's an outage. Cogeco is down, too, so they probably have to wait for them to fix something infrastructure

@cogeco This is heartbreaking. I wish I still lived in Windsor so I could drop some coffee/hot chocolate off for the techs that have to fix this. Patching fiber is *NOT* fun, especially in the cold.

@Krucifix_ @cogeco Did you report the open box to cogeco at any time in the last month? If no one tells them there's a problem they won't know to fix it.
