@cogecohelps @BurnMitch57 There IS an outage in the area of N0N 1R0. Switch your modem on and off? That's ridiculous. You, COGECO, should be the first to know when there is an area-wide outage. It should not require a call from an angry customer.

@cogecohelps Hi. I had issues with my internet earlier this week. A Cogeco tech replaced the modem and cable and it’s working but I’m only getting 88 down and 23 up. It should be 360 and 30. Any help would be appreciated

@cogecohelps Same issue as Eric. Cogeco website still claiming there is no outage, but I know and can see many people online experiencing outages in Burlington since the storm last night and no communication from the company on how this is being addressed.
