@cogeco This is heartbreaking. I wish I still lived in Windsor so I could drop some coffee/hot chocolate off for the techs that have to fix this. Patching fiber is *NOT* fun, especially in the cold.

Trying to make changes to the servers so if I disconnect it won't boot people it will just keep going when I reconnect. cogeco has some major problems.

@NickRunyeard @cogeco In a perfect world, yes it should work like this. But that kind of redundancy is supposed to handle regular outages, but I'm not sure how well it's supposed to handle this type of outage.
