These days @cogecohelps, I feel like I'm getting scammed by Cogeco. I tried looking for Bell internet options the best they offer is 10 Mbps download speed and 0.9 Mbps upload speed, which is too slow. (Part 5 - read replies for further parts)

I don’t know why @cogeco has outages so often in my area but it’s down again. How about taking some of that money I pay for service and improve the infrastructure so this stops happening. Let’s see how long it’s down this time. #Cogeco

@LukeMiani @cogeco It's all lies. Cogeco's customer service is terrible and their service is unreliable and overpriced. That's from experience. Any Cogeco users that hate Cogeco?

@cogeco Really glad you shut down your Milton location. Now every time my garbage router needs to be replaced. I have to drive to Burlington to swap it out. This is why we pay outrageous prices I guess
