I don't know why my aunt bought a smart TV for her. Well, I do, she was sold on the stupid voice commands, except those don't work with cogeco cable so the one good thing about owning a smart TV is useless to us.

@cogecohelps @cogeco My mother spoke with 3 reps and none of them were able to fix the issue and claimed there was no issue. I called in and I ensured it was fixed. Finally, a rep that knew how to do their job. Issue now resolved.

@cogecohelps living in lower Stoney Creek. Never had an issue with speed or connectivity. A few weeks ago Bell ran all new fiberoptic lines and since then cogeco has been SLOW. Could be just by chance but super frustrating either way

@cogecohelps Is there a problem with Cogeco cable? My Epici box guide is working but no channels are working.

  • scottygwood sg (@scottygwood) reported

@OakvilleChamber @cogeco @GlenAbbeyGC Your door to door salesperson was unprofessional and would not leave my door when I said I was not interested in your service. Thanks, but after seeing that, I'll stick with Bell. Way too pushy

  • MarkKennedyQW Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet

ffs. @cogeco my bill has increased AGAIN for the same service. I may have to rethink this whole internet thing. you might be losing a long-time customer.

  • davidalexlamb2 David Alex Lamb (@davidalexlamb2) reported

@howardtayler @Ensorceled The Prime interface on my cable service (Cogeco) is better than the Android phone app, though I prefer the cable Netflix app. I have no idea where the cable apps come from or if they are available from other cable providers.

@cogecohelps does cogeco allow the use of third party modems? What do I do if mine is broken?
