    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco, just wanted you to know thanks to your multiple outages and failure to "proactively" inform your customers, I've had multiple clients sitting in jail days longer than necessary this week. Your crap communication is ruining REAL lives!!!

    @erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.

    @cogeco I really wish the issues with check were only limited to two days. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have been a customer since check became check and before. It's sad we are considering leaving. #EpicFail

    @cogecohelps @meSOclevergirl @cogeco Uhh what. You're going to get thousands of phone call and it will tie up your line. What kind of business puts something like onto the customer. The company should be proactive about this consider you can see everyone who's affected. I'll be switching companies in Feburary.
