    @CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

    As much as I love the customer service you get with TekSavvy, the constant up and down of the piggybacked Cogeco service is annoying. Every fall it's the same thing. Time to try something different and give Bell Fibe a go. With both of us WFH we need consistency.

    Cogeco just confirmed service is down in the area. Ontario Hydro is working on it. Hopefully sooner than later.

    @midcenturyape @RogersHelps @cogeco She can't get Cogeco if she lives in Rogers services territory (and vice versa). The service areas do not overlap

    @cogeco Please change your hold music, people with sensory issues can not listen to that especially waiting on hold for 30 mins or more

    @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip
