    Hey @cogeco I really enjoy being on hold for 30 mins getting passed over to 4 departments and then being cut off. Just want my tv to work. Nice customer service

    @cogecohelps ordered your new Epico service, was supposed to have all the equipment arrive today. It didn’t. But Cogeco turned off my current TV service regardless to make the switch. Only nothing switch too. Brutal Service. Now 2 days w no TV services.

    My ongoing internet issues with cogeco will now not be fixed until July 2021 LMFAOOOOOO like what ,, been waiting a year already FIX YOUR UPLINK NODES ALREADYYYYYYY @cogeco absolutely terrible turnaround times on these “so called fixes I keep hearing about” 👎

    @cogeco Last week I called in to get a price reduction, which I did plus an upgrade to my Internet. A new Modum was to be received on Thursday, not received. Now my phone is not working, no dial tone. Phone number 613-968-2938....82 Gavey St. Belleville Ont. Cell 613-885-2333
