    @cogeco Is the increase in rates starting February going to address how poor of a product Epico is? Live games are always in a 30-35 second delayed and last night the images were quite choppy. Not a great product, but stuck with it! It's a shame because the internet is not bad.

    @cogeco This is such crap. No issues in my area apparently. Called and got through and my call was cut off. Cogeco account app is out of service. Yes, blame it on Epico. Refund.

    @cogeco Still no service. We should all be seeing an adjustment on our bill due to this prolonged service interruption…especially on a Sunday.

    All the CFL fans served by @cogeco cable are hooped. TV service has been put all day. No Grey Cup on TV.
