@JadahParadox @leahvallee @comcast Last Friday Cogeco gave me a ticket number and told me to call back Tuesday because the escalation team was off until then. So I waited to find it was a bogus ticket number. Opened another to find guy it was rejected due to operator error. The third guy gave a ****, it now works.

@cogecohelps @ cogecohelps Just rec'd an SMS from Cogeco confirming there is no service on my street. I work from home full-time and I am unable to work when there is no Internet. This happens quite frequently as you can tell from my past tweets/DMs. What will be done to rectify this? @cogeco

@cogecohelps @Gregory99998656 Hi Sandra. I am still waiting for cogeco to reinstate my security which was removed by a cogeco tech in error. Three tickets and two weeks later, no resolution! Not even a phone call!!!!! @cogecohelps

@dkritchie I called them on Aug 8th. They said your modem is no good. We are sending you a new one. 3-5 business days. We are on business day 7 so I called #primus . They didn't send the modem. Off to @cogeco tomorrow! Horrible service.
