@cogecohelps Who fixes episode issues with Cogeco on Demand shows? Lifetime says it has one episode and it actually shows another when you click it. Is this a Cogeco issue or Lifetime?? Thx

Hi @cogeco there has been a recent update to EPICO and since then the Plex app often starts to play a movie without video (audio only). The only fix is to restart the EPICO box, other Plex clients around the house are unaffected - please investigate.

I don't know why @cogeco hates me. I am a longtime customer. I don't know why I can't get the Detroit feed every night. I don't think Canada is a huge market for the St. Louis Blues. Thanks always Cogeco!!!! Very disappointed!!!

@cogecohelps My phone/data isn’t with cogeco. So when I get my bill from bell, Ill let you know my concerns. I’m in the outage in the north end that said it was gonna be fixed at 1:15, but has now changed to 2:30. Can’t wait till 2:30 for it to say 3:30. I just wanted a nice day off :(

@Bell internet service has become so useless in my household that kids are struggling to do school work. Time to shop around @cogeco . Tried to stay loyal and gave them chance to fix it but it's back to square one. So much big talks but ****** service 😠 😡 👿
