Seriously @cogeco?? This week 4 hours on the phone (again), new modem (lost count), 2nd tech visit (that makes 20+ visits) and still my internet still goes down 10 x per day. I pay big bucks for this!

  • EditeSammons Edite Sammons (@EditeSammons) reported

@cogeco What is going on with channels? Badly pixelated #Cogeco in Niagara. Help needed

  • shutterfriend Ken (@shutterfriend) reported

With all the audio issues with #cogeco #epico I wish I would have kept TiVo, reboot and changing HDMI settings make no difference, errrrr

  • antondinev Anton Dinev (@antondinev) reported

In this case, but also in Cogeco, C-637/17, the key issue was to determine the *starting point* of time-limitation. Unlike Profi Credit SK, however, the Cogeco court failed to give proper consideration to that issue and, ultimately, issued an irrelevant/unhelpful prelim. ruling.

@cogecohelps I think it's a cogeco problem and you have to pass this on to the guide people we have been paying our bill for years and putting up with the guides that are not what they should be this is something you get paid to fix

  • davidharvey David Harvey (@davidharvey) reported

My daughter is in the middle of a final exam in her graduating year of university, and our Cogeco Internet goes down. 😡 @cogecohelps

  • M_Robillard1 M Robillard (@M_Robillard1) reported

@cogeco why has my tv been giving me the V52 error code lately? Sometimes on regular stations and sometimes on the digital stations. I followed the suggestions and even restarted my TiVo box now all my stations have V52! Very frustrating. Your service has declined greatly. 😡

  • StephenBrandy3 Stephen Brandy (@StephenBrandy3) reported

Bell, Rogers, Cogeco are having there licences pulled and suspended for operating a service due to spying.

  • lesliesaker Leslie Saker (@lesliesaker) reported

Seriously @cogeco can you ever go a week without the internet going down. #ripoff

  • antondinev Anton Dinev (@antondinev) reported

Understandably, 🇵🇹 courts refused to follow it. But the ECJ persisted, ignoring the diff. btwn *length* vs *beginning* of time-limitation in *public* vs *private* enforcement respectively, and in Whiteland, C-308/19, it simply copied Cogeco's flawed approach & solution.
