Once again, a New Day & my #Cogeco @cogeco service sats “wifi has no internet access” the most common message I get for 2.5 years Yesterday Cogeco tech was inside my utility room “Found a big problem & fixed it”

This…after 3 days of @Cogeco vans up 3 poles in front of my house cutting service at 5:30 am. What did they do? Supposed upgrade TV now not operational “There is an outage in your area L9H 2E1”

@cogeco thank you for the amazingly ****** service. Trying to watch the Jays game and right when they are rallying for 4 runs and the internet goes out AGAIN! Averaging 1-2 outages a day and the only response I get is “power cycle it”. **** you. Sincerely, Paying Customer

Guess what ? I called #Cogeco “we are currently experiencing service problems at L9H 2E1” Same issue as yesterday & 3 days last week give it up #cogeco Sell to #Rogers You can’t cut it

@ButterBrained @cogeco @cogecohelps Raising your bill after letting you think you've locked in a price on a two year agreement is standard operating procedure for Cogeco. And their "solution" will be to reduce your services not the raised price.
