    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    Just another day woth @cogeco but you pay through the a** for the service. No credit and misogynistic CS. " In My culture , we don't speak that way". Sorry i don't fit into your nigerian culture.

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @CanadasLeafs @LeafsPassion85 Bell & Rogers are my only 2 real choices where I'm at. I hate both of them. If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?
