@cogeco Would have been nice to know this before I spent 2.5 hours trying to figure out what was wrong, cause first thing ya say is did you reset ur modem, hint resetting the modem doesn't solve the problem it only exaggerats it having to reconfigure everything AGAIN

@cogeco ...And to save everyone the hassle of chasing a refund you are going to automatically apply a credit with a little compensation to help offset the inconvenience for all effected?? No? I didn’t think so! I think a swap of provider is in order.

@NikCHussle @JunkNorth @cogeco Maybe but if everyone did it then it's a loss for cogeco, they expect people to take it and like it. Calculate 12 dollars to thousands if not more people and they will fix their terrible customer communication. We still havent been told what happened

@cogeco You Twitter lie to say that you were able to restore the service finally by 3pm? And pretend you did a good management? Number of affected customers doesn’t matter!! There is still NO internet connection!!! In DUNDAS/Hamilton, ON.
