@noahfleming @slow_is_key DNS change to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 worked for me to fix the @cogeco outage here in #HamOnt. Sorry it didn't work for you.

@cogeco Good morning. I am in Niagara Falls. I have no Internet in the last hour. I have restarted every device. When I try to call the technical support number listed on my bill it disconnects with a message that the number is not in service. Please advise.

@Niagara_411 @cogecohelps Cogeco folks should seriously consider switching to @TekSavvyBuzz who actually operate on Cogeco's lines, but seem to have way fewer problems. I haven't had a blip during all of these recent outages, and I've been WFH for years. Way cheaper, too.

.@cogeco #cogeco if anyone else needs to actually work today, try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 and validate before exit. got me back online thanks to the tip we got from last outage.
