@cogeco @cogecohelps website now says no outage in my area but we still don’t have internet. I called support and confirmed there is still an outage 🤬 After 3 days of waiting with no useful info I’m calling Bell.

Internet went out n I got an automated text from the service provider @cogeco advising this, a bit later another text said all was working. That's service and I appreciate it. Also a special mention to Cole at #cogec sup for responding to my earlier DM on this 🐦 app

I am disappointed in @vmedia & @cogeco. Since Friday I've had no internet and they've haven't resolved the issue. Spent Christmas alone and now this, thank you for single handedly ruining my Christmas holidays.

@cogecohelps @cogeco the 401 is dry.. sun is out and im on day THREE of no internet for the family. Worst part is NO human has any idea on your chat or phone line what is happening other than looking at their own phones

@IGY6MMCWNZ @cogeco No I had to call from my phone and they wanted to see proof of POA. Techonology is not all it's cracked up to be when it comes to stuff like this. If I wanted to cancel service I can see needing POA but to report an outage? Asinine!!

@Luney66 @cogeco That seems off to me! I'm not aware of any circumstance where you'd need Power of Attorney to help with utilities, unless of course the family member was medically incapacitated (e.g. Alzheimers). This is the problem with automated/remote customer care. Were you with your Aunt?
