@cogeco terrible customer service.....can't contact via phone....try online chat support to fix On Demand channels that don't work....tech says it is fixed but isn't and now channels we used to get don't work anymore....and our bill is going up $12/month + tax....ridiculous!

@cogeco This has been a recurring problem in ancaster area. I have been a user fir the last 10+ years. Seriously thinking if switching to other providers . One more outage, this is a done deal. You guys dont compensate for the outages , do you ?

@cogecohelps We're always experiencing problems if any agent from cogeco looks at my account they will see me calling constantly about issues but I gave up , they don't fix them anyways so why put the effort in to call
