    @cogeco Can you atleast acknowledge internet problem today in windsor and other areas in Ontario. Internet is completely down and it happened twice this week .

    @cogecohelps @sapphire9692 @cogeco Twice in a week now? You do realize we’re all stuck at home and we need this to work and learn? I think you need to issue a blanket refund to your customers for both outages instead of making us all phone in for it. You’re making money hand over fist during a pandemic. Do it!

    Really Cogeco, twice in one week! The amount you charge for high speed internet & you cannot even answer the phone or post on your website there is no service.
