    @cogecohelps @cogeco Turns out it was a connection issue with the router. All good now. I do wish technicians would call back if the call gets cut off. Like when we have to restart the router which affects the phone.

    @cogecohelps Is there an outage in Sarnia currently? They were connecting the Bell Fibe lines on our street today and now our Cogeco TV and internet is down…

    @JadahParadox @leahvallee @comcast It's a monopoly. That's what happens. Canada isn't different. Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

    @CdnMountainMan @cogeco Yeah, Cogeco decided to not allow me to sign in to TSN GO until AFTER it happened.

    @dkritchie I called them on Aug 8th. They said your modem is no good. We are sending you a new one. 3-5 business days. We are on business day 7 so I called #primus . They didn't send the modem. Off to @cogeco tomorrow! Horrible service.

    @Oakvillehydro No power outage, but Cogeco cable/internet service stopped at the same time at Neyagawa & River Oaks. I suspect it’s related.
