@the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

@PassiveCndIncom I've heard a number of people have had issues with Cogeco since this started, I wonder if they're getting overloaded. Ours has been fine to this point. We only seem to do about 1.5 hrs total 'online' each day anyway, most of the activities seem to be independent/free time.
