@cogeco It’s now Tuesday and it’s still not updated on any of our devices. In this day and age - seems weird that Cogeco hasn’t prepared for daylight savings time. Is there an actual fix coming for this?

@cogecohelps This should have been done by Cogeco automatically, without customers having to request individually .!! Daylight savings switch is nothing new .. Why wasn’t this done like other service providers ..???

Contacted @cogecohelps guy tells me he can’t tell me what is available in my home cause I haven’t yet paid my bill this month. I explained he can and would. So he tried and failed. Simple task Cogeco. Not great customer service.
