    @cogeco @cogecohelps Been on hold for 2 hours and 26 minutes. I get there’s an outage but no one should ever be on hold for that long. I left Bell for their poor customer service and returned to Cogeco for this crap? This outage has been on since 7am!! Unheard of!!

    @FortmanM @cogeco @cogecohelps We live in Grimsby as well. Service out. To be very fair here, nothing new for us here. We had TiVo and it was decent. Switched to Epico and it goes out almost every day. Mostly short periods, but it’s the norm. I have mentioned that it stinks haha. 30 plus yr customer.

    @samomada @cogeco @cogecohelps I don’t understand how they think they can charge me $200 a month for my service. I am paying real money for this is. The LAST thing I should even think about is my cable going out. Its 2025 for Christs sake

    @deliaflower1 @cogeco @cogecohelps That’d be a real apology. We appreciate the apology but sorry isn’t paying the bills. Currency pays for bills. Cogeco requires currency to maintain service, but when service isn’t maintained…

    @cogeco so one box has an error message and does not work…my second box works… This never happened with @Bell
