@cogeco Im sorry, but im leaving. You guys have a great product. The TV package where you choose your channels is great. But…. You guys can’t get it together. Your service sucks. I’m having slow internet for 5 days now. Not the first time I’ve been promised it’ll get fixed and no change

@TekSavvyCSR Cogeco has an outage in this area. Obviously this is an issue for us. Not sure why you wouldn’t know that. I had to find out for ourselves.

@David_Moscrop We had a similar experience with TekSavvy / resold Cogeco. In the end, TS advised us to buy directly from Cogeco in order to get better support, which was the solution. 1/2

@David_Moscrop Our specific problem was the same - constant disconnection and low speeds. Turns out the cable from the node to the house had essentially rotted. Cogeco tech ran entirely new cabling (no charge for us), and it's been a huge improvement. 2/2

@cogecohelps I have been trying and trying and trying to talk to someone in Brockville since yesterday I am ready to cancel everything connected with Cogeco by the end of the day if I can not talk to someone in person

@cogecohelps @collvey77 @cogeco I did call - and was told tomorrow was soonest they would get here but we have 3 people in this house, 2 in my neighbours and 4 cars in the driveway - the person on the phone said it was a ‘safety issue’ - which means to me it would be immediate reaction from the company

@KentDuvar @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers It was TekSavvy cable and the cogeco line came down. I know the logistics involved but I am a TekSavvy customer and should’ve been compensated. Cogeco would’ve. But credits are not what they used to be, the bosses need bigger and better yachts. And that’s a truth. Look them up.

Goodbye, Cogeco! 2day I switched to TekSavvy. The hardest part? Cancelling with Cogeco.(Hour+ on hold!) 2nd hardest? Re-arranging cords and power bars that live behind 2 v. heavy pieces of furniture I had to move in 30C heat! 🥵 I look forward to faster service at 60% less
