Here we go again @cogeco same time every year we do this dance and you just end up paying part of my bill, can we maybe fix the issue this year? Please? Every few seconds i lose connection entirely beyond my network. How many modem/router swaps do we want to try this year?

  • TrueNorthJag TrueNorthJag (@TrueNorthJag) reported

@cogeco why do we have to constantly reset our TV? Resetting the remote weekly, and have constant interruptions due to lack of wifi when wifi works for every other device. Your product is ****.

@TekSavvyCSR I’ve been having intermittent service since a branch came down on a line to my house at the beginning of January. I am a tek savvy customer, but tried contacting Cogeco because it is their line, but they haven’t looked into it at all to my knowledge.

  • imdadjunejo Imdad H. Junejo (@imdadjunejo) reported

@cogeco why is your phone number not working? (1855 701 8110) I’ve tried calling from 3 different phones. It does not connect.

  • Keladinus1 Keladinus (@Keladinus1) reported

my nan bought the new TV because she always had trouble with the remote on the old one. My aunt picked out this one because it has voice controls and it's like the one she uses. Unfortunately, the stupid amazon nonsense is incompatible with the cogeco cable, so nothing changed.

@cogecohelps @cogeco What a waste of time to contact customer service. Tell me what I should be getting but not getting. They ran a test nothing wrong but if I want a technician then it'll cost me. So spend more for nothing or spend and not get what I should. Thanks alot for nothing.

Good evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.

@cath22cath @Qualifyfor This is good to know. My mom lives in Lasalle and absolutely hates Cogeco and when I come down to see her, I’m going to contact them. She’s 80 and her Cogeco bill is well north of $200 a month which is ridiculous

@cogeco internet is down for over an hour now can you fix it???? K8v6k8

  • lonelybadger Despair Closet (@lonelybadger) reported

@thrillhouse41 My sub would never connect with the arc. I heads a rumor it's because the Cogeco router picks 2.5 or 5 band automatically with the same name so it confuses it.
