Today marks 4 days with intermittent service which has forced me to stop streaming until they can get it resolved! Thank you for all your patience! And I will be back live as soon as they fix it!! 😢

Grant Buchan-Terrell (@OntBizAttorney) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness Hi, it turned out that the guy I got, who I could barely understand, was a residential customer guy and he didn't ask me if I was a business customer until well after 12 minutes. I eventually got someone useful.
