    What is #cogecoepico? How is this different from the current cable box I have with Cogeco? Is it an added service or does it replace my cable box? Do I need smart TV for it to work?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!

    @cogeco having internet outage in my area ,L6m4r8 ,since 8.30 am. I am working from home and without internet, I can’t do that much. When we can expect the service to resume ?

    @cogeco @FSecure Except when your wifi password, on your Cogeco Modem, doesn't protect you against amazon products that have been banned on your network through MAC addresses. Still waiting for an answer on this btw...

    @cogecohelps text message says check Cogeco Outages for updates. Even that is not working. "No outage detected" for my postal code
