    @cogeco @cogecohelps Do you think people have no jobs, that your accounting dept closes at 5PM ? How is some one who has to work during the day, supposed to get help ? How am I supposed to pay my Mobile bill or setup payment, when your online portal doesn't have this option ?

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.
