    @judipanik @cogeco Do you realize that technology didn't suddenly advance or change because of the pandemic? Sometimes large scale issues take time to fix, and your personal situation doesn't change that

    @cogeco @cogecohelps internet is down and all of your customer service lines say either “not in service” or are busy. This isn’t acceptable, regardless of a widespread outage!

    Cogeco is such terrible internet, my siblings have school and it hasn’t been working since morning
