    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. Itโ€™s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.

    @cogeco As of 10:15 pm our services have finally been fixed. 13 total hours out of service! When should I see a refund for services lost?

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    @cogeco @OhlOfficial Start by having a service that dosent break every 2 days... it's been over 1 and half year at this point that I cant upload or play Xbox or stream on twitch
