    Looking for a new high speed internet provider. Apparently @cogeco can't come fix a line problem from a truck ripping out their lines. Apply within!

  • GabbiByrnes Gabbi Byrnes🇨🇦 (@GabbiByrnes) reported

    @RickL77253254 @cogecohelps @cogeco Agree 100%. I give them 1800.00 a year for thus crap???

  • officialstephhx Steph (@officialstephhx) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

    @cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

  • glasswheelhouse Bruce Wilson (@glasswheelhouse) reported

    @primus4home the service is back, 24 hours after we paid (speed of light = 300k km/s; it's only 40 km to her apt from your ofcs). I feel Cogeco gaining on you.

  • filipe_freire12 Filipe Freire (@filipe_freire12) reported

    @cogecohelps hey Cogeco my internet speed has dropped big time! I pay for 1gbps and it’s not going faster than 30?? I reboot everything.. and still it’s slow..

    @cogeco is there an outage in Burlington Ontario? Guelph line/New Street area

  • GabbiByrnes Gabbi Byrnes🇨🇦 (@GabbiByrnes) reported

    @cogeco I will be cancelling this service, if you can call it that. I'm going back to Teksavvy

  • rbart5034 Richard Bartolo (@rbart5034) reported

    As much as I love the customer service you get with TekSavvy, the constant up and down of the piggybacked Cogeco service is annoying. Every fall it's the same thing. Time to try something different and give Bell Fibe a go. With both of us WFH we need consistency.

  • CindiRensburg Cindi van Rensburg (@CindiRensburg) reported

    @cogeco It’s brutal- the Epico issues. It’s still freezing constantly and sound disapears repeatedly. We’ve had epico almost two weeks and it’s been nothing but problems. Looking for alternatives. Have been a Cogeco customer for 20+ years. Epico is the breaking point.

  • RickL77253254 RickL (@RickL77253254) reported

    @cogeco I have had to have several Epico boxes replaced ready and constantly have to unplug the damn things. I am currently searching for a more reliable service.
