@cogecohelps It came back on eventually, and I reboot the modem before reaching out, which feels like a lot lately. I'll be honest, I really regret switching to Cogeco. I work from home and meetings can be tough with bad internet

@cogeco Thanks Cogeco Cable for increasing rates as of Sept 1. It’s not bad enough that many Ontarions are struggling with grocery costs and fuel costs and you just had to add to the misery for no reason other than to line your pockets. @premierdougford Why are you allowing this?

(Thread cont) Seems like the acquisition of our previous provider @WOW_WAY was only good for the parent company @cogeco which is located in Canada. If you go on any social media, you will see a fiber cable is down, some one cut a fiber cable, as a “reason” as to why

@cogeco @cogecohelps sooooo, like are you guys going to restore our services or what? Not sure why we pay monthly with you when there are “service interruptions” all the time. This is past getting ridiculous, it’s infuriating now. Can’t wait to walk away from your “service”!

@cogeco Let me guess this also affects @breezeline customers as well? Bring back WOW! so far your script reading CSR’s aren’t helpful in the slightest. This outage for closing in on 48 hours has cost us 2 days wage. Get it fixed.
