These days @cogecohelps, I feel like I'm getting scammed by Cogeco. I tried looking for Bell internet options the best they offer is 10 Mbps download speed and 0.9 Mbps upload speed, which is too slow. (Part 5 - read replies for further parts)

Spent half an hour on the phone with Cogeco tech Dept. where I was instructed to keep doing the same menu choices with no solution. So after the call, I unplugged the box and the modem. Plugged them back in and I got my problem solved.

@cogecohelps @Cogeco contracted technician stopped van outside the home 15 min ago, parked on the street, stayed in truck for 10 min and left. Didn’t even make it to the door. 3rd time now no service, but now I see for myself. #extremelydisappointed #stillwaiting

@cogeco it pains me to say that ur service is the absolute worst I've received in decades of cable TV/ internet usage. Ur recommendation to move to epico has resulted in continuous interrupted viewing. Can't watch anything w/out constant buffering, or errors.@Bell where r u? 😢

@cogecohelps Nobody ever phones the cable company to give good feedback... I love Cogeco's speed and support and have been there for over 22 years/thanks Cogeco!
