    Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell it’s costumers it’s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, I’m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!

    Ontario people thinking of switching to Cogeco mobile DO NOT MAKE THE MOVE. My 76yr old mom was swindled. Horrible customer service. Tried to move back to her other provider now COGECO mobile won’t port her number. Over 20 hours lost on phone. @cogecohelps

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

    @cogeco are you guys actually criminals or do you just hire criminals? I can’t believe how Ive been treated from cancelling a service.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps Why does one of our channels cut out in the middle of a show and go to a cogeco ad?? Numerous times.

    @cogeco is there a problem with the cable in peterborough? The audio is cutting out and the picture is choppy.

    So over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.
