@cogeco Words can't describe the disappointment I have with this company. Annual issue with their 1G fiber package, same experience where internet is down for 5 days; a technician will come and confirm no problems at home and will open back end ticket to resolve in another 3 days

pretty sure that temporary outage fried my entire wifi network cause absolutely nothing is working despite cogeco’s maps showing no outages. im going to be so ******* PISSED if im stuck in my house, with zero media, unable to do my job. but cute.

Another day, another fail by Cogeco with their ‘Ultrafast’ internet. Still buffers after resending signal, getting boosters and them ‘tweaking’ the signal. Yeah. Buffering & email not loading is super worth it for only $15 less/mth. Wow. 😐
