    @cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

    Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

    @TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

    Couldn’t agree more - @cogeco recently scammed my 92 year old grandmother by telling us her phone service ended a month later then it actually did, then removed the promo rate from her bill. They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.
