@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps Lol it wasn't last night it's been over a week of this. Now it's been 2 hours trying to get to a customer loyalty manager and getting bounced around. At least 3x a year I have to waste my time getting Cogeco to deliver the service I paid for.

@virginmedia Now I have to resort to calling you out on Twitter cause when I call support it goes nowhere. They want me to run the same test over and over. Beat a dead horse and the horse is still dead. Next step is @cogeco I guess.
