Our internet is not working in Brockville When I go to cogeco outages website it states brockville is experience Television issues. My television is working my internet is not.
Internet has disconnected 4 times since last night and now it’s saying we’re not signed up with an ISP, and “parental controls” have been activated. Nobody’s touched anything. All webpages are being blocked. Wtf Cogeco.
@ARRIS not in our household, as our @ARRIS @cogecohelps modem chugs along and cuts out constantly, extenders non-functional . . because @cogeco claims its firmware update is buggy, offering no idea when the problem will be resolved - @cogeco says replacing modem will not resolve problem
Rogers does for their own clients! And cogeco SUCKS, horrid investment!
Turns out the 3+ robocalls a day I was receiving while at work were from @cogeco wondering how I was liking their service. I cancelled my account in September. Good talk.
@Cathisrad @cogeco Have because their customerservice was always among the worst in Norway and I had warned him about that but no pool he had to save 3 bucks a month ..... facepalm NotLikeThis
