    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???

    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
