    IM SO PISSED OFF AT GITHUB the copilot they offer with no protection to users is badly corrupted! destroyed and creates viruses in my networks killed 2 modems from cogeco and 15 pcs in one go! AI is bad! it can kill us before we even realise there was a problem

    @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @cogecohelps Wish I could tell you Sandra but as Cogeco has not still got the issue of Motorola compatibility sorted... I'm on the outside looking in!

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that

    Months later and @cogeco still can't figure out its issues with @CNBC . Regular blue screen of "technical difficulties."
