@onshi @shawnmicallef This exactly. And lots of ISPs only have modems that are modem router combos. we are with Cogeco and those are their only options. Which is NOT great for our network. Also, I think TS uses cogecos lines? They do here. And Cogeco has had outages recently, frequently, in my area.

@BNNBloomberg Interesting as @cogeco internet service has been sporadic for the last month or more. Cogeco informed customers that “the root cause of the outages were connected to a broader, external issue not exclusive to Cogeco”. Given the profits, a service level agreement might help.
