@natnewswatch I switched from Cogeco to Rogers and Cogeco could not transfer the number cleanly. Rogers was unable to fix this. Telecommunications complaint mechanism did not work either…..

@David_Moscrop We had a similar experience with TekSavvy / resold Cogeco. In the end, TS advised us to buy directly from Cogeco in order to get better support, which was the solution. 1/2

@SeanGemm @cogeco I called them and they said they will not start the increase for 6 months. I am a senior on a fixed income so it is just kicking the can down the road. My income will not increase. I am worried sick about my bills. My care needs service but I have no money to fix it.

My Cogeco internet has been on and off so much the last week or two and it’s making me so ******* angry. I shouldn’t have to continually look down to notice my phones been on data watching YouTube and **** for like an hour at a time.

Access to email is by using phone data. I’ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep “putting in a new ticket” because they can’t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2

@cogeco @cogecohelps COGECO is the most unreliable service at this time. We are getting very upset with the skips, freezes, poor reception. Bell is looking very appealing.

3 days without cable, spoke to 6 customer service reps and got 6 different answers, transferred to 2 departments with no answer, no managers reachable or will return calls. @cogeco is an absolute joke. Will deff be switching.
