    @cogeco @morikaweb They've been allowing stupid **** like this to happen here long before COVID and so many people working from home. They're idiots, Bell and Rogers aren't much better.

    @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco for years, tv and internet. I've just cancelled my service because I've a MUCH better offer. I'm being charged a $75 cancellation fee for each service. That's a $150 disconnection fee on top of what I currently owe. Disgusting!

    @Bell Have had nothing but issues with my Fibe since I switched from Cogeco on September 9. Nobody seems to be able to fix my issue. Maybe Cogeco can….

    @TekSavvyCSR just curious if there is a widespread outage right now? I’m Niagara using Cogeco and my connection is down and there is a massive hold time on support.

    @cogeco TiVo. When is Cogeco finally developing an App that is working. TiVo is sooo bad that I might need to switch provider. Only randomly works.

    Had Cogeco not had that outage last Friday. My internet uptime would have been 100% Calculation interval : 2022-11-01 00:00:00 - 2022-12-01 00:00:00 Total Connected Time : 29d 19:15 Total Disconnected Time : 0d 04:44 Total Availability : 99.34%
