@TekSavvyBuzz rents the lines from @Cogeco and resells the service at about the same price as Cogeco, but Cogeco offers a discount under-selling Teksavvy's price to get their customers, then raises prices once they have the customers. Really shadey business practice @CRTCeng

@cogeco this is my second rate increase in the last 2 years… this is ridiculous, my internet consistently cuts out at least once a day - people are paying much less for better quality internet?! i’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years but i cannot afford to keep forking out

I am on a fixed disability income and I switched from DSL on @TekSavvyBuzz to cable on Cogeco which was already $35 more a month. I switched because of the price savings guarantee, now barely a month into my new service and I am being told that Cogeco is increasing the price?!

@cogeco hi I ordered a ppv aew njpw presens forbidden door and it keeps going out i didn't spend $49.99 plus tax to not get too see it it's been out for going on 10mins now please fix it this is ridiculous
