    @cogecohelps Red-light is a horrible internet company who's website wont allow you to access account when it claims your password isnt correct. That would be cogeco btw. Plain. Garbage

    @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

    @CogecoAide @CRTCeng .Had to callπŸ˜₯ due to outage. Me; @cogeco says no outage. Rep; There are outages! Me; How will I know when it's 'really' up?". Rep; modem 'might' come back on properly. If not, reboot it. Spend day rebooting due to inaccurate reports? Rebooted 2x in 4hrs=na

    @cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

    @itsterki @MikeDoris @cogeco At least I could get my work done, meet my deadline tonight, and impress my client. Unless you have a better solution.
