    @cogecohelps Hi. I had issues with my internet earlier this week. A Cogeco tech replaced the modem and cable and it’s working but I’m only getting 88 down and 23 up. It should be 360 and 30. Any help would be appreciated

    @cogeco Well those of us in the Palmer area won't be watching as we still have no service since 8 last night. And all you keep doing is saying it will be resolved at: 2:30, no 3:30, no 4:30. I guess one will come true.

    Thanks again Cogeco for blacking out my @mapleleafs game. I’m in Peterborough you idiots. Switching to Bell tomorrow. Never once had a leafs game blacked out by bell in over 20 years. Absolute bullshit. 😳

    @cogeco your service is terrible, you keep coming to fix the modem and it doesn’t work. I work from home and meet to go to a coffee shop as i keep having failing internet bad yet continue to pay $90 for a no service.

    I swear Cogeco has worse customer service than Jagex, which may sound impossible, but they’ve managed to do it.
