    @rcarrick I’d like to mention a good customer service experience. @cogecohelps on Twitter is quick to respond and assist and Cogeco phone tech help is the same with generally short wait times.

    @cogecohelps Waterdown, Melissa Crescent #cogeco #outage still down, all customers; can you confirm when this is resolved? I called customer and reset modem.

    @cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

    @rcarrick Cogeco the worst . I have to book a minimum of 19 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes to resolve… and trust me, they have zero desire to resolve the problem

    @cogecohelps text message says check Cogeco Outages for updates. Even that is not working. "No outage detected" for my postal code
