@tigerzluvpepper Ours is down in the west end. Apparently Cogeco is having a provincial issue with many reporting outages across Ontario. Impossible to get through in the phone. They are working on it apparently.

@cogecohelps I think what is happening is that there was only limited internet coming into everyone's house right now. We've got five laptops running here and some people have internet and some don't. The secondary problem is that you can't get in touch with Cogeco via phone...

@cogecohelps Rented it through google but would have preferred big screen sound and vision. Does cogeco vod support 4k or does that require additional services.
