    @WhigStandard Wondee why they do not say exactly what is happening. Twice this week. Would it have to do with hacking? Perhaps related to the American buyout of Cogeco which Cogeco have turned down twice now? Usually outages are explained. Very puzzling.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

    @erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.

    @kenbuisman @cogeco hey Ken, don't worry, when I called to complain, @cogeco told me they would give me around 30cts back for the service interruption as a compensation, LOL!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I need some form of email or proper proof for my workplace to prove I was having an internet outage for two hours on Tuesday and for an hour today to avoid being penalized. I can't get through to anyone and the website outage map is never updated. Help!
