    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

    @cogeco is there a problem with the cable in peterborough? The audio is cutting out and the picture is choppy.
