  @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

  Hey @cogeco 🇨🇦 You are by far the worst internet provider out there. I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy 👍

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @cogeco @cogecohelps is such a joke. Internet down. They tell you to use chat for quick access. 76 min wait. You try and call and the recording tells you to unplug for 5 seconds and hangs up on you. Unreal customer service. Now what?

  @ArfinNathaniel @cogeco Maybe that wasn't an Air cooled DC, maybe it was bigger than what's proposed, but these things create a lot of light pollution and noise pollution, so I think people are right to be concerned if they're being built close enough for that to become an issue for the residents

  @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

  @Maisse51089073 @karinaoliva21 Whilst I agree it was a very poor choice to use that specific photo when one of the the main 7 would’ve been the best call for this kind of award, it makes me sad for R GK mostly because yes they’ve now acknowledged H exists and is their main lead too! But even the cogeco awards was only a photo of Fran/ Hudson, so why not Fran/RGK? For that one and HudCon for this one? Their pr team really are Ffing up so badly!
