Seriously @cogeco @cogecohelps Epico is NOT going to last if "live" sports are always 20 seconds behind. That's ridiculous. Do you bounce your feed off the moon a half dozen times? Brutal. And not a tech issue.

@josh_leverton @Bell_Support When I was with Cogeco. If something like this happened, They did give you a credit if they couldn’t fix the issue for a long time like this. We had better wifi with Cogeco as well. Bell is so disappointing.

the wifi has been suspiciously awful since that Cogeco guy came around and asked us if we were interested in switching over to them ... hmmm.

@cogecohelps So around 10 days ago the TV service went out for around 4 hours (4pm-8pm). Last night internet and TV went out from 9.20pm-1.20am. And just now my internet went off suddenly for a few minutes. What's going on? We are on the verge of cancelling this unreliable Cogeco service.

@cogecohelps Well that sucks. Cogeco is really lagging behind the competition then. Rogers Ignite was the best service I ever had. I sure hope they come into our area very soon. Cogeco needs to step up their game.

Hey @cogeco internet in Waterdown sucks right now. It generally sucks, but right now if it sucked any more than it currently sucks it would become a black hole and life as we know it would cease to exist…which may actually be more appealing than trying to streaky audio on Cogeco

@CanadianNunya @cogeco Yeah, I don't blame you. Rogers is just the same and I won't touch Bell again. At least you caught it after only a month, or it probably would have taken longer to fix. The biggest problem is probably turnover and lack of training, which leads to terrible customer service.

@CanadianNunya @cogeco When isn't a cable company charging too much. At least they found that they had charged you too much. It's too bad you had to sit there while they fix their screw up.

@TheStadiaLife I'm with Cogeco myself, in Ontario. They're mostly fine. Considering I live in a small-ish town (literally a farm a few roads away) and have gigabit internet? Kinda surprising. My biggest complaint isn't infrastructure, it's the ****** modem/router combo units they "give" you.
