    @cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

    @cogeco You sent me a final bill as our service is done, my father in law passed away, for $0.49.....50 cents. You really are going make me incur a etransfer charge with my bank for $0.49 cents? Seriously? No, are you really serious?

    .@cogeco on hold. But good news I can press 1 to set up a call back and they commit to calling back within 24-48 HOURS. Are you ******* kidding me?? That is not how callbacks work you morons. Your epico service is garbage and your customer service is WORSE than garbage!!

    Ontario people thinking of switching to Cogeco mobile DO NOT MAKE THE MOVE. My 76yr old mom was swindled. Horrible customer service. Tried to move back to her other provider now COGECO mobile won’t port her number. Over 20 hours lost on phone. @cogecohelps

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.

    @cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.

    @cogecohelps I don't let anyone push me around but I push back with a custom-made style that's "Deadpool meets Downton Abbey", Jodi. I even have a service award for it. #Cogeco
