Cogeco needs to get their **** together. ~900mbps Down and only ~30mbps up is some ******* bullshit.

  • PeggyChapman16 Peggy Chapman (@PeggyChapman16) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@chrissanislo @DonJonescu @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco since original Sopranos HBO start. I do like the options and usually service... I have always supported but I just want to know what the issues are. I've had outrages several times this month. Concerns me. I need my internet.

@cogeco wifi down again 😑 so annoying. Checked website, looks like it's getting worked on. It's been down for hours hopefully will be up before midnight. Thankful this isn't a school day. #cogecoYQG

@cogecohelps @PeggyChapman16 I’m in the same area and have the outage again too. Not sure how it isn’t in your system because I can see the cogeco truck just pulled up to main st to fix it. Someone was there doing work earlier today too. It’s been two days in a row now, it can’t happen again this often.

  • itsmikemade Michael Somerville (@itsmikemade) reported

@cogecohelps does cogeco have the ability to block Call of duty ? we can get connected to the servers tonight. No issues, noone having issues other than us. Thoughts ?

  • sciencelives Suzanne Currie (@sciencelives) reported

Glad @cogeco finally removed the cable from above my yard, but weird that they would run it across my yard instead of investing in a couple more feet of cable to run it to their actual customer’s yard and up. Plus, what is this stuff in there, styrofoam? Weird.

  • Logansenese Logan Senese (@Logansenese) reported

@cogecohelps I’d love to know why cogeco is consistently slow or going out around the mewburn area, I’ve called tech support in the past no fixes, reset modem fixes for a couple hours. Really debating on switching, we pay for the “fastest” service and getting 1/2

  • seimooooooo seimo (@seimooooooo) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco dude you already looked into it 7 ******* times. give me reliable internet already. its ******* annoying, yall do nothing but ‘fix’ ****. actually do something about the problems for once you greedy pieces of ****. **** you

  • TimiTV4 Timi TV (@TimiTV4) reported

@seimooooooo @cogecohelps @cogeco With cable the speed comes and goes as its shared with everyone in your area. I get average of 800mbps as well and goes above that after midnight. Have you tried clearing the router cache? You would have to login to your router to do it but that helps sometimes

  • MonkMode_ Zuppy (@MonkMode_) reported

Pretty sure im more knowledgeable on the internet than cogeco tech support this is pain
