    @cogecohelps @wuuyyan @cogeco Outage may have been resolved, but speed is SO slow! It's been slow for a few days now. Checked upload and download speeds and they are extremely low. What was the issue that was resolved? Outage can't be because of virtual learning, because why were there no issues yesterday?

    @cogeco Was this caused due to internet traffic overload? Hopefully your taken steps will prevent it from happening again. Were you able to put in place back up plans so that your web page and call center don’t get locked out like they did today during this large outage? Thanks

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I can’t find wifi signal at all. No available wifi listed, none. Not able to log in modem

    @justincooke182 @cogeco If DNS is down you could also hard code DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. COGECO could even temporarily make their DHCP service hand this out automatically avoiding any static entries. We were not affected as we don’t use COGECO for DNS.

    god why does cogeco suck *** so hard i literally can’t sign in with them on ANYTHING and the only mobile app they offer is tivo which i DONT HAVE

    @BenjimanPower @NatachaRaphael @cogeco Most phone plans come with 10gb of data I'm sure the 2 hours that wifi was down won't make you go over for the month.
