    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them Iโ€™ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! ๐Ÿ™„

    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say Iโ€™m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @cogecohelps Wish I could tell you Sandra but as Cogeco has not still got the issue of Motorola compatibility sorted... I'm on the outside looking in!

    @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?
