@cogecohelps Thank you @cogeco for making changes to your schedule to send a technician to fix my internet. He changed the modem and no more bad internet. Credit where credit is due. I am very happy that you at least have empathy towards the customer and tried your best.

Cogeco is bad and giving me like 2-3 upload speed when I usually get 10 so until that's sorted idk when I'm gonna be able to stream

@Eastlink @panan_songyu Just a suggestion, why don't you consider a text message outage alert system similar to what I've seen Cogeco use? It would be a great addition to your already excellent service!

Cogeco suspends My account, without notice. They play He said/She said, with the bank regarding My bills. I pay it off, get internet reactivated. Now it's going out 2-3 times a day... WTF?

I will be live tomorrow late, assuming I have this issue with cogeco fixed for the war zone content drop. It drops at 2am my time so I’ll be live from around midnight on the 15th. Sorry about today.

@EyauukArt My obvious network is not safe anywhere, bell tube, iPhone, android, cogeco, but defender, Mcafee. Obviously all useless. A falsified hope given to those but just a door to others. ********

@cogecohelps 1st 2 days of service with #cogeco and no devices delivered. Blame gets put on Canada Post even though you guys could be sending trucks out for same day delivery but you want to have better margins for Q4. Already missing @FibreStream and thinking about @StarlinkPage

@cogecohelps Just did. They said there was an outage earlier but should be back to normal soon? Connectivity is still cutting in and out every few seconds. Not sure what to do at this point. Extremely frustrated with Cogeco right now.
