@cogeco @cogecohelps a Cogeco Tech 'Supervisor' just confirmed that our perpetual internet issue is congestion in the neighbourhood - no resolution timing - minimum "months". Cogeco has oversold their capacity, and customers just need to suck it up. Unbelievable

@cogeco The customer service Representatives at Cogeco seem unable to resolve the issue I’ve been having with my WiFi intermittently disconnecting every few minutes and making FaceTimes cut in and out

@cogeco I have a tech coming to my house as we take possession. I assume it's a Coaxial cable that is brought from an existing buried line. A modem is attached, perhaps to be located in the garage or service panel or? From that modem is there an ethernet output and/or Coaxial? /2

@cogecohelps I get that they are trying to fix it, my frustration is the glib use of the ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ message. If @cogeco was more focussed on providing excellent service and value for money given what we pay each month, the use of glib meaningless phrases would be zero

@cogeco I tried to get EPICO. The person on the phone actually talked us out of it saying it was far too expensive and not only would it cost more to get it I’d get slower internet. Firstly re-train on sales. And it’s never good to not get people on new stuff

@cogeco How about having internet service that doesn’t crash every day , maybe cogeco should perfect that first ?!?
