@cogecohelps @cogeco The phone message stated the outage is affecting multiple neighborhoods in oakville, I assumed that was major. How small is the outage?

  • rj_tweety rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported

@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.

  • Trishy_R Trish (@Trishy_R) reported

@chich_ma @cogecohelps Sometimes downdetector is wrong :( I just wish cogeco would create some outage map like the hydro companies do. Or at least tweet about areas with outages.

  • lochbb Steve Campbell (@lochbb) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps Is Internet down in Renfrew?

  • Th3BadWolf Jay (@Th3BadWolf) reported

@cogeco Yeah, if you could have a redundant network that doesn't go down when one link goes down that'd be great, especially when you charge 100$/month for it or more...

Also, Cogeco gave me my $200 plan for $120 since I was trying to cancel/downgrade my services. So this WHOLE TIME I was just paying them extra for fun?! Smh. Thankful regardless.
