@cogeco @cogecohelps Perhaps @Cogeco should explicitly state the reason for the disruptions this week to avoid losing subscribers. Google being hacked is a good explanation for the problems with cogeco's dns.

@cogecohelps @meSOclevergirl @cogeco Uhh what. You're going to get thousands of phone call and it will tie up your line. What kind of business puts something like onto the customer. The company should be proactive about this consider you can see everyone who's affected. I'll be switching companies in Feburary.

@cogeco You guys need to start handing out credits. I shouldn't be stuck paying full price for a service that only works some of the time.
