    @j_tokee @cogeco Not sure what epico is but we pay for the fastest internet package and never get anywhere near the speeds we should. My wife is currently working from home and requires the internet for her job and meetings. Its an important tool and we expect it to work given what we pay for it

    @71DavidJC @cogeco Same here. Do you have epico? Signed up in November and its been nothing but issues, besides the outage the other day. Internet cuts out, TV buffers.

    @cogeco no internet again for the second time in 3 days. I literally just signed up with cogeco not 3 months ago and uts been nothing but constant outages. Believe me when I tell you we will not be renewing our service with you.
