    @cogeco Set top box is still out. Seriously, a day and a half. Yes, I've reset it multiple times and even reset my modem, hoping it would find a signal.

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???
