    @cogecohelps @cogeco I will go to the storefront I guess. I should be able to book service without waiting for hours in a phone queue or having some non existent PIN which isn’t listed on any invoice or my account settings. @cogeco is garbage but when I have no other choice, what can I do.

    @cogecohelps Sandra, I was wondering if anyone had gotten back to you or when will you get back to me? We need another Cogeco Hotspot in Huntsville Ontario since the node shut down more than a year ago.

    9 days without my @cogeco internet because of a common dig in. What other utility could leave a paying customer without service for over a week? 0 communication other than a call to get me to pay my first bill.

    @mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers I don't know where you reside, but we have had MNSI for years and they are so much better than Rogers/Bell/Cogeco! Only had one problem (a short in a wire) and they came out that day and fixed it.
