DO NOT GET #cogeco!! This piece of crap system SUCKS!! It is down more than it’s running. They expect you to be a technician and when you call for help you get some sarcastic *** on the other end. So fed up with this so called cable company!!🤬🤬 They just don’t care. 🤬🤬

@sajjadfs @cogeco From my father - The Cogeco truck you saw the day you were leaving; unfortunately unplugged our house to fix the noise level of other connections on the street. He should have advised us as per their protocol but did not do it.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you. Just to be clear - my understanding is that I can use this for any period less than 10 years (let's say for 2 years) and then I can cancel my subscription after 2 yrs without any penalties or fees. Is this correct?

Dear @cogeco, The next time I call you, it's to cancel my internet. I've called at least once a month every month for 6 months. You sent a technician. Why should I have to reboot my modem at least once a week?! WHY? And I'm paying for 360. 360 degrees of trouble.
