@cogecohelps @mrsmama79 Don’t give her that nonsense. Cogeco prioritizes their own customers over third party issues. I was going to have to wait 12 weeks for an install from a competitor using your infrastructure. Somehow Cogeco was able to install next day though? Hmm.

@cogecohelps I did. They said YOU are going to be there before 5 EST today. It’s 4:18 and no one in sight. I can’t yell at them b/c they use your lines and therefore HAVE TO rely on YOUR techs for the outside wiring. We don’t use cogeco anymore because of your horrible Cx serv.

@cogecohelps We are fed up with the daily throttling of our internet "service"! As soon as we can, we will be gone to another ISP, never to return to Cogeco.
