If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

Honestly, Cogeco has been so disappointing during this past year. It's as if they didn't realise that more people would be using the internet this year? I have a live meeting for my college in about 5 minutes and our internet has been down for an hour and all the call lines

@eesa_rahim @McclaskinAshley @cogeco I called them over 12 times, every time they said I shouldnt get a bill and my account was closed, then a bill would come. Terrible service from bell I would never go back ever

I called to cancel my service the first time, thought everything was done, no more bills, I even sent the modem back and the sent a confirmation email. But they never shutdown my account. They were charging me for over 6 months

@ihoplad @cogeco It's weird. My phone has no problem with the internets wifi, but my Xbox, which connected through ethernet, won't connect at all. Same thing a few days ago. Cogeco needs to get their sh*t together.
