@Todd0575 @cogeco I’m sure a provider will, maybe we should be letting them fix it rather than harassing them about a credit for being down for 2 hours :)

@cogeco Transparency is an amazing tool, can you share some details around the nature of the issue, and perhaps a rough eta for repair. (i.e. we are experiencing an issue with our DNS servers and estimate 1-4hrs of downtime)

  • KM1FC
    KM1FC (@KM1FC) reported

@cogeco Can you give an idea of impacted regions and eta for the fix. I don’t think that’s to much to ask

@cogeco @cogecohelps the internet is down can’t get through your help line - too busy keeps on hanging up. Can’t even get to alternative lines & your website all crashed! We’ve had issues with your service over 2 years & now a complete disaster since New Year’s Eve! @CRTCeng

    Paul Martin (@PaulHarryMartin) reported

@KeeganB63977789 @validsporttakes @cogeco Because the government and CRTC have created an environment where there’s minimal competition in the world of internet and cell service. There’s really not many places to go especially depending on your area.
