@cogeco I can't believe you have scheduled a 6 hour shutdown for maintenance. In the 25 plus years of being a customer, I have never experienced a 6 hour maintenance outage.

@cogecohelps @Wender_25 How about Cogeco reaching out to me? Everyday epico freezes, remote often doesn’t fully function yes with fresh batteries. It’s just a bad product.

@cogecohelps I already spoke to Cogeco. They already took all steps. I’m sending back this crappy ‘new’ modem & reinstalling my previous one the company gave me that never lagged or buffered & speeds were already at almost 1T. It’s now lower.

@cogeco I bought a linksys router connected it to your ****** one configured the back door 500 megabits where the pods got me single digits your pods are garbage if one has to configure and configure it’s bullshit!

@AMC_TV @cogeco any particular reason i put Pinocchio's christmas on for my little cousin cause thats what the guide says is on amc just for me to change the channel and scare the living **** out of him cause theres a horror movie on instead
