@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps Same issue as Eric. Cogeco website still claiming there is no outage, but I know and can see many people online experiencing outages in Burlington since the storm last night and no communication from the company on how this is being addressed.

the reason the internet has been out is bc cogeco turned it off and we can only talk to the people who can help us over the phone TOMORROW at 9 am and it’s been off since friday. we got no notice that it was being shut off. **** you @cogeco
