    .@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

    @cogecohelps Is cogeco repeating its email problems from 5 days ago? I'm not receiving emails from non cogeco addresses and senders are not getting un deliverable messages

    @cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.

    So I guess I’m switching internet providers because after cogeco failed three times to fix our internet signal, there was another appointment this morning for which they didn’t even show up.

    We switched internet providers 🙏 So over Cogeco's **** service 🤡

    So my senior folks & my dad/ Alzheimer’s rely on their @cogeco internet 4 all kinds of assistance. Internet goes down. Tech says no worries; we will fix it in 24 hours. Call @cogeco & now it’s a 10 business day wait. That’s it 4 my parents connection 2 support et al. #seniorcare
