@cogeco Rebooted it yesterday when we had issues. Rebooted it twice today. Using the excuse there are more people working from home and it causes delays is baloney. We pay for a service — provide it or adjust your rates to reflect the service you CAN provide.

@cogeco My internet speed is nonexistent!?!? In kingston. How can my kids do online school when they can’t even download the work or watch the videos???? This is deplorable. I $$$ for much better service🤬👎🏻
