    Spoke with Cogeco network tech because they found UPNP was turned on in our router. Confirmed it would not kill Apple services. I told him few subscribers would understand this warning. He said, “Most people don’t get it.” Pause. “Actually, you’re the only person who did.”

    @Xplornet outage. Again. We just turned it back on and it’s out again. No reliability. No customer service. I guess we just wait for cogeco
