@wazlife @cogeco @cogecohelps Oh yikes. Would've expected 1gb to be available down there, surprising its not. If higher speed is what you're concerned about and Starlink is your best option then that makes sense. If you are worried about outages, be cautious. I know people in Barrys Bay with normal outages.

  • ryck_nancy Nancy_Ryc- proud yob. (@ryck_nancy) reported

You Tube is freezing again. Internet is slow and goes down. @cogeco . I am so fed up.

  • Lakobays Patti Brown (@Lakobays) reported

@cogeco could you please report on the outage in the Renfrew area? We have been told it it Cogeco issue. Businesses are having a very difficult time without access to internet / email.

  • BenjaminRispin Ben Rispin (@BenjaminRispin) reported

@cogeco down for two straight days in our area again. No notice nothing. Do they still offer internet or is that over?

  • StonedOttawaGuy ****** Ottawa Guy (@StonedOttawaGuy) reported

@wazlife @cogeco @cogecohelps Where are you that you're paying about $150 a month? I'm in Pet, I was once paying $135, threatened to leave and now I'm paying $75 tax in for 1gb down. Starlink also has some pretty big reliability issues fwiw. Occasional internet outages is unavoidable it seems.

@MikeWatt89 @cogeco @cogecohelps Renfrew is down this morning too!

  • lauralittlewd laura (@lauralittlewd) reported

@cogeco we pay so much for the internet we rely on considering we don’t get cell service in our area. with the constant unpredictable outages you should at least compensate your customers and businesses that go full days without internet.

  • dysdads Marvin Ross (@dysdads) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps Trying to send a DM but both these accounts say you do not monitor them any longer. Long wait on the phone. Bad pixilation on certain channels but reboot does not help.

@cogecohelps Why is Cogeco so inconsistent with both Internet and Epico...feel like middle ages with such poor and intermittent service and yet I am at the most expensive plan.....You can only reset your modem so much...this is ridiculous...need competition

  • dawnthehorizon sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported

@cogeco hopefully y’all fix it soon. making us pay and arm and leg for your services when they constantly have random outages. everyone including businesses rely on the internet, should be reliable. and it’s not. eta would be greatly appreciated
