    @cogeco hopefully y’all fix it soon. making us pay and arm and leg for your services when they constantly have random outages. everyone including businesses rely on the internet, should be reliable. and it’s not. eta would be greatly appreciated

    @cogeco It seems odd that 6+ hours into a major outage you are still at the “we’re investigating” stage with, apparently, no clear understanding of the cause and, for sure, no ETA of service restoration.

    @cogeco Come get your @breezeline service and fix it. Bring us back WOW! That would be an even quicker fix.

    @cogeco I was put on hold for over an hour then got cut off. I called in again and explained the situation and I was put on hold AGAIN! This is poor customer service.

    @cogeco Thanks Cogeco Cable for increasing rates as of Sept 1. It’s not bad enough that many Ontarions are struggling with grocery costs and fuel costs and you just had to add to the misery for no reason other than to line your pockets. @premierdougford Why are you allowing this?

    @wazlife @cogeco @cogecohelps Oh yikes. Would've expected 1gb to be available down there, surprising its not. If higher speed is what you're concerned about and Starlink is your best option then that makes sense. If you are worried about outages, be cautious. I know people in Barrys Bay with normal outages.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps so yet another outage and no updates or info. Hard to run a home business when cogecos service drops so often and the customer service is about as reliable.

    @RenfrewCntyScan @cogeco really ******* the pooch here. I switched to Bell Fiber in January and this is like the 6th Cogeco outage of note
