    @cogecohelps My husband isn’t receiving emails via his cogeco account either. It’s not a cookie issue - we weren’t using webmail. There’s obviously an issue on your end. Service has been spotty and awful for months now.

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogecohelps @DanSamuels16 @cogeco I think a lot of people feel that way Jodi. Cogeco is just a very spotty and unpredictable service. I think you know this also.

    @cogeco continue to have frequent interruptions to epico. It freezes, pixelates, sometimes restarts itself. This has been the case for weeks, and when we asked to have the older hardwired boxes instead were told - oh that’s $10/month more. Your service is a complete waste of $$.

    Need 2 re-think my priorities! Joined #AmazonPrime 7 months ago. 6 Movies that came with my subscription now want charge me $4.99 each. My fees didn't go down. #Netflix as bad. New movies are 10-15 yrs old. #Cogeco wants $$ 4 everything! Big business con't to screwed everybody

    Do not use @cogecohelps, @cogeco if you work from home. If it’s not slower than what you pay for, it’s down, like right now. Funny, because I literally just paid my bill. I regret that decision.

    @cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.

    @CTVDrama Hey @CTVDrama was so disappointed my TIVo didn’t record my episodes of Handmaid’s Tale last night- nothing changed on on my onepass through cogeco - do you block recordings even though I subscribe ? First two episodes worked and cogeco customer service had no clue?
