    From firsthand experience, #cogeco business internet service is horrendous, from uptime to client care, no one cares, no one calls back and Managers start at 3pm. #cogecobusiness help...we are stranded....

    @cogeco the absolute worst internet ever, live in Ontario and cant even get over 1mb of download speed. trash company stay away and do not use this worthless garbage

    @cogeco @FSecure Except when your wifi password, on your Cogeco Modem, doesn't protect you against amazon products that have been banned on your network through MAC addresses. Still waiting for an answer on this btw...

    @rcarrick I’d like to mention a good customer service experience. @cogecohelps on Twitter is quick to respond and assist and Cogeco phone tech help is the same with generally short wait times.
