It only took 2 hours and 40 mins, transferred 11 different times (twice to Bell Canada agents) but I was finally able to help my uncle activate his @VirginPlusCare TV!! Almost if not worse than @cogeco !!

Cogeco #cogeco are bouncing all emails from Mail Chimp. I guess they want people to stop using their email service.

@TekSavvyCSR I’ve been having intermittent service since a branch came down on a line to my house at the beginning of January. I am a tek savvy customer, but tried contacting Cogeco because it is their line, but they haven’t looked into it at all to my knowledge.

Looking for a phone number for Matt Wickham VP Cogeo in Burlington, found out that 7 years of problems I was conned into upgrading the issue is Cogeco tap on outside lines.

**** cogeco. Not even a call or an email… no warning- BAM no wifi. AND to make matters worse it takes a whole 48 hours for shot to go thru…

@cogeco get your programming in order. For hours and hours in a row you have a show listed that is not airing. Which is not the show we are expecting to watch. What a **** show....not that I am remotely surprised l. This company sucks. Last month with these ***es!

@cogeco - why do you broadcast CTV Barrie as the default in Oakville but CTV Toronto as the default in Burlington? Making me pay extra for my ‘local’ station is stupid. #easyfix
