    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 seconds… Can’t wait to cancel

    @peggy_blair @FireAndIce48 I feel exactly the same way. Cogeco the exact same bs! It infuriates me. My mother's bill in one year went up 89%! I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.

    @cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better
