    @cogeco I didn't lose service until about an hour ago in the Amherstburg area. Are we affected by the outage from the vandelism? I checked our postal code and it says no outage here yet we've lost internet.

    @cogeco I have 1g/s in Smithville and my pc is hard wired and when I check my wifi speed I’m only getting 500-700 mbs and my ping is fidgety as hell. What gives? Why is the package 1g but not my wifi? Is the signal in this area lower? Are there issues in the area currently?

    @cogeco Again, Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount off of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers customers would get one month free for the inconvenience.

    @cogeco I have a message for the CEO of Cogeco. When was the last time you looked at the poor reviews on Google that Cogeco is getting?. Do you really care?. Do you not want to improve customer service?. Are you even concerned about customer satisfaction?. Are you the CEO for just money?

    @cogeco Back when ult 30 first came out i got 7 months of free service because it constantly dropped 20x a day. Lots of calls they sent a regional tech who found the issue. A broken cable running from street to distribution box. Once fixed it was better for a few years then came back.
