@PassiveCndIncom I've heard a number of people have had issues with Cogeco since this started, I wonder if they're getting overloaded. Ours has been fine to this point. We only seem to do about 1.5 hrs total 'online' each day anyway, most of the activities seem to be independent/free time.

@the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

@cogeco what's going on today? Internet is up, then it's down, then it's laggy and then it's down again the last hour. And last night it went out for 30 mins - Hamilton east Area near Burlington. Are you having DNS problems?
