@foxtrot_187 @killerbanker @cogeco I wouldn’t say the outages are weekly but the speed issues are daily...it’s frustrating. I’ve worked from home for 12 years, I depending on the internet to work.

@cogeco Would have been nice to know this before I spent 2.5 hours trying to figure out what was wrong, cause first thing ya say is did you reset ur modem, hint resetting the modem doesn't solve the problem it only exaggerats it having to reconfigure everything AGAIN

@cogeco No internet here in Dundas,ON - tried restarting router and changing dns multiple times, no luck. Even before the outage my internet seems to cut out and give no where near the speed that we are supposed to have. Disappointing.

@NikCHussle @cogeco All the more reason to voice your displeasure, my neighbour has tech savvy and he was never out. They use cogeco lines so that means it was a DNS problem. If you change your router settings you'll get internet again. Plenty of people have done this to fix the problem.

@CassandraWasney @killerbanker @cogeco Exact Same... I'd never heard of an internet outage before nor reset my modem and I'd been with those "other guys" for 7+ yrs... now it's a weekly event... 🤔

@mitchel_susan Cogeco can’t handle the bandwidth. Let me explain we all have 12 inch pipe for water but everyone on the street has multiple faucets on. My issue all 3 daughters are on video chat for 3-6 hours each at the same time, everything crashed then I told them to create a hotspot.

@fernoorg @cogeco I haven’t had reliable internet for the entire 3 years I’ve lived in Hamilton... Cogeco can’t find and fix our problem. This is my life on a weekly basis. Time to let Rogers buy them out in Ontario
