    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @cogecohelps My PC. Mobile is second but its getting slow and no devices available yet from cogeco mobile. Hope available before 2027 but doubtful

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. It’s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

    @__m3lisssa When you click on it, it will ask you to sign in, than I used my cogeco login in and it worked

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better
