    @WHoopsBlogger @britnidlc Technically Bell Fibe & Cogeco have CBSSN... so if you have two of arguably least popular TV services, you might be able to watch 🙄 But this is my issue as well. I have been using a VPN and putting myself in Europe or Australia as they do not get blacked out from those games.

    @cogeco the customer service saga continues. We have been informed that we cannot expect to get full service back until mid July. And you feel this is acceptable

    @cogecohelps @cogeco getting really frustrated with intermittent service every single night. Despite several attempts at contacting customer service and being brushed off every time as "noisy" lines. We've lost internet 8 times in 3 hours alone.

    @outagedetect Easy money eh Cogeco. Charge an arm and a leg and not one of your services work. Smelling refund or I'm out. Customer service stinks on hold for hrs. Don't you know not to send people to bed angry.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco All fine now thank you. Note that my box attached to the house has come away from the wall. I need to open it in order to secure it....but of course, I cannot open it. Can you request service, or shall I?

    @cogecohelps Having internet outage with cogeco North Burlington/Cedar Springs and tech only available on Sunday? Birthday weekend ruined! Any chance to get a tech sooner?

    @cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. How come my Internet is going down every night around midnight? Last night it was out for 3 hours. It’s been out an hour now. I really don’t feel like calling in at this late hour. Thought last night was a fluke. 2 nights in a row? I’ve rebooted the router. No luck.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness I have a client who cannot email Cogeco. I have called Cogeco support and chat with you. I was simply denied support. This is not an internet/TV/Cable issue, but your email servers blocking an external client. I need Senior support. Help.
