@cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

As much as I love the customer service you get with TekSavvy, the constant up and down of the piggybacked Cogeco service is annoying. Every fall it's the same thing. Time to try something different and give Bell Fibe a go. With both of us WFH we need consistency.

@cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

@cogeco Please change your hold music, people with sensory issues can not listen to that especially waiting on hold for 30 mins or more
