    @pattimoffatt @cogeco Couldn’t agree more. This is the worst. Should have stayed with TiVo until Bell Fibe is available in my area.

    @lizzyerts @cogeco Same issue up here near Ottawa. Rebooted my modem and the EPICO receiver. No luck. It’s all in them.

    @cogeco over the last few week I received numerous calls from tele-marketers from your company. I am a loyal customer but if I continue to receive these calls, I will start looking for other options. Do you want people to think of you like duct cleaners?

    @cogecohelps hey Cogeco! My mum ordered your Epico service and has had TWO no-show install dates. Can you please help her out? Sucks that she’s trying to become a customer and hasn’t been very well treated thus far. Help please!

    @cogecohelps Is there/Will there be a login for Cogeco users on the CityTV app? I'm able to use the Global app just fine. There's also a plm with the CTV app login.

    Never go with @cogecohelps #cogeco EPICO TV is horrible. Currently down (again) but @cogeco removed the full rewind feature, claims they still have the reset feature but that is only for a very very few select channels. Their product is going down hill. Say hello hi #Bell

    @Game_saved2 @cogecohelps I'm getting the same issue started about 10 minutes ago. Alsomtried restarting modem. I switched to Cogeco 3 weeks ago after being with Bell for 20 years. Big mistake. Has this Epico always been so glitch? Constantly pausing & resetting. Cogeco sent me 2 pods makes no difference
