@cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.

@cogecohelps Cogeco Internet has issues in #petrolia the network congestion in the morning doesn't allow you to work from home. There were no issues in #oilsprings. Move to Petrolia and nothing but poor performance. Move from village to town and nothing but issues.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness Hi, it turned out that the guy I got, who I could barely understand, was a residential customer guy and he didn't ask me if I was a business customer until well after 12 minutes. I eventually got someone useful.
