@cogecohelps @cogeco is it me or does it seem like cogeco has a financial stake in ignoring criminal calls trying to extort from your customers by charging 5 / month to have these illegal calls stopped.? perhaps a lawyers complaint to the CRTC might be in order.

Once again had to cancel my stream thanks to my ISP @cogeco service issues! Today marks 4 days with intermittent service which has forced me to stop streaming until they can get it resolved! Thank you for all your patience! And I will be back live as soon as they fix it!! 😢

i've now been on hold for 15 min 30 sec to cancel my phone service with @cogeco the webpage makes it much easier to upgrade service than cancel

@cogecohelps Cogeco Internet has issues in #petrolia the network congestion in the morning doesn't allow you to work from home. There were no issues in #oilsprings. Move to Petrolia and nothing but poor performance. Move from village to town and nothing but issues.

@cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.
