I have no information on when I’m expect to be back at work. Cuz u can’t provide any info. Make some calls, find out how far along technicians are with this problem. Plz

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Any word if this might be fixed before 3pm? Obviously people are working now but just curious, I know no eta but just curious as outage map says 11am but got a text saying you’d let people know if resolved before 9 :S kind of mixed msging

  @cogecohelps @cogeco That’s not acceptable. I work online. I’m using data from my phone. My office has no connection to my work. Is there a back up server or service u could direct us to for the time being. So for the amount of hours without server do we get compensated or reimbursed? 1/2
