    @cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!
