@cogecohelps @cogeco Yes, I've tried calling and you guys put a password on my account that I never chose and was not advised of, so I am unable to make changes to my account. No one ever provides solutions to this problem. It's my account and I can't do anything to it. I'm just going to cancel it.

  • TaylorImeson Taylor Ando (Imeson) (@TaylorImeson) reported

I am amazed every day at how awful the Epico service that @cogeco forced me to get is.

  • AidanMcheese Aidan burgerking (@AidanMcheese) reported from Kingston, Ontario

Bell wifi actually has the worst customer service @Bell I thought Cogeco was bad lmao

  • Adnan_M01 Adnan M (@Adnan_M01) reported

Extremely disappointed with @cogecohelps customer service. We went in and changed our modem, reset it 100 times, and patiently waited on a call for 1 hours only to hear that the earliest COGECO could send a tech is after 3 days.

  • orangeambu Cass(andra) aka Ambuface (@orangeambu) reported

Hey @cogeco or @cogecohelps is there still a connection issue with the internet still because my modem doesn't work the power light is on but everything else is not or flashes orange when there's a problem.

  • DJennings2012 Dj (@DJennings2012) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvy Cogeco tech arrived today, 4d w/out iinternet/voip service. Turns out, AS WE SAID on Wednesday, our service went out within 5 min of the cogeco truck arriving at the house next door. Apparently the tech took OUR line and connected it to the house NEXT DOOR. NOT IMPRESSED!

  • golbmchallenge trig (@golbmchallenge) reported

@Sportsnet how have you not fixed the Cogeco login on iPhone app? It has been THREE MONTHS! At least! Ffs! Get it together! You sign in and then it takes you right back to the page asking you to sign in. Can’t use the program AT. ALL.

  • Y_vettey Yvette H 🇨🇦 (@Y_vettey) reported

@cogecohelps It would be great if Cogeco EVER helped, but unfortunately I will need to go to another provider for customer service. Is there any company out there with good customer service? #Rogers where are you, please come to my town I beg you!

Three months and we're free of @cogeco and the biggest misnomer @cogecohelps (helps!). The service drops out constantly. Right now is the second night in a row where we are in Belleville. Can't wait to get rid...

  • RG_BobSmith Bob Smith 🇨🇦 (@RG_BobSmith) reported

@cogecohelps Hi Kim, doesn't Cogeco send out tweets when there are service interruptions instead of asking customers who don't have service try to go online?
