    @cogecohelps It just calls out Cogeco doesn't have an incident response plan especially for communication and the status page is useless when it does not function. Banner on your main site should be updated when experiencing a major outage. Please pass along to management. Thx.

    @OakvilleBeaver @cogeco Cogeco service is really bad for internet and cable.! Regardless of an outage or not. So fed up of their service. And lower your prices!

    @cogeco Will Cogeco be providing any compensation to their customers? This is a huge outage with terrible timing (and affecting businesses, people who are working, children attending school, etc.).
