@cogeco Would be great if you could show some kindness to 3 of my neighbors and bury the cable serving my house which has lain across their lawns for 2 summers. Abysmal service despite repeated calls from myself and those neighbors.

Internet outage has been an issue since 9 am @cogeco and no ETA still???? Looks like work is going to have to suffer cause I can't keep using my data for hotspot

@cogecohelps Is cogeco repeating its email problems from 5 days ago? I'm not receiving emails from non cogeco addresses and senders are not getting un deliverable messages

@cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.

@cogeco help. Everyday this week, our modem is rebooting multiple times a day and disrupting our internet service.

@rrushinko @cogeco That's the weird thing with @cogeco, they have really good customer service for the most part. Not much waiting, very attentive. The issue is that whatever they do to fix the problem either doesn't work or the problem is only solved for a day or two max before it comes back.

.@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

Hey @cogeco this is the second outage in oakville area in less than a week. Most of us are wfh still. Do we ever get to use the internet we pay for or....?

Do any Windsor peeps know if MNSi provides tv services? @cogeco has been constantly cutting out for the past two weeks despite me calling twice to get the problem addressed. Really need a reliable provider 🙄
