    @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco It's more of the fact that everyone is being over charged for outdated service and shotty connection all the time. I upgraded to 1gig and it's been nothing but shite since. Wish I could go back to my 160mb plan. I regularly only get 40mbps. This doesn't help.

    @niagaracatholic @cogeco I'm in Burlington, and I can't even call customer service. Have tried 3 Support numbers and they all say "out of service", nor can I access the Cogeco page. Soooo, yeah, it's a few other places!

    @cogeco Any idea as to how long its going to take to get back up again? My wife has tonwork from home and if this issue isn't resolved shortly shes going to have to head into the office. A risk we'd prefer not to take during the pandemic if unnecessary.
