@cogecohelps Since the issue this morning with loosing internet connectivity, my Wi-Fi modem that I rent from Cogeco has lost its network settings and now I can not access my Wi-Fi, the default password on the bottom of the unit does not work. How do I get my Wi-Fi back?

@cogeco Hi, having issues with the default modem user/pass not working, I require it to set up my wifi again (just factory reset the modem). Your phone support keeps giving me a busy signal. Appreciate any and all help.

@NikCHussle @JunkNorth @cogeco Maybe but if everyone did it then it's a loss for cogeco, they expect people to take it and like it. Calculate 12 dollars to thousands if not more people and they will fix their terrible customer communication. We still havent been told what happened

@Cryptics13 @cogeco And thanks for this too. Although maybe it would have been useful to those that didn’t know that a DNS server change would fix it to share that earlier?! Possibly not so ‘simple’.
