    @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco Exactly. Huge outage and no post on X. They don’t answer the phones either. It’s bare minimum of customer service.

    @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

    @cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.
