@cogeco Cogeco is such a scam. I was looking to add TV and they are so ashamed of their obviously exorbitant prices that they don't list their prices on their site. What legitimate company refuses to show what they charge for their service. Time to dump Cogeco and get Bell Fibe

Cogeco: removing retroactivity of rates once dispute concluded would motivate large media to negotiate in good faith to reach faster resolution. Fair point. #CRTC

@jdeq Canceling @cogeco was one of the most satisfying experiences of my retirement! Fortunately, we have a local Fibre to the home alternative where customers are treated with respect, calls are returned, support is helpful.
