    @cogeco could you please advise why there’s a frequent drop in the network since we UPGRADED our modem!!! Some techs told me it’s a “signal!” Issues! So!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco All fine now thank you. Note that my box attached to the house has come away from the wall. I need to open it in order to secure it....but of course, I cannot open it. Can you request service, or shall I?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness I have a client who cannot email Cogeco. I have called Cogeco support and chat with you. I was simply denied support. This is not an internet/TV/Cable issue, but your email servers blocking an external client. I need Senior support. Help.

    @cogecohelps Is there an update on the outage in Oakville on Appleton Ct, Will Scarlett Dr., Prince John Cir, Sherwood Heights? All Cogeco services are frozen.

    @HardevLad yeah, and at least i know for sure there is a brand spanking new bell fibe wire running through my hard instead of the 15 year old cogeco one that is giving me issues and will be fixed "some time by august"

    @cogecohelps @cogeco U had been subsidized by our government in order to provide services!!! The network is dropping frequently plus the signal range less than 20ft!!!! #ripoff our kids r studying online and the net is dropping frequently 👎👎

    @cogeco the customer service saga continues. We have been informed that we cannot expect to get full service back until mid July. And you feel this is acceptable

    @cogecohelps Where have the station identification logos gone? Also I am constantly getting “signal unavailable for this channel trying again” I moved to Cogeco because Bell was not fast enough, but Fibe has now come to my street so...

    @cogecohelps If we could get updates we would appreciate it. Any idea of when we will get it back? We also don’t see any Cogeco trucks anywhere. Is it an internal issue?
