    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
