@Iq187 @CodeMonkeyZ I see Burlington ON. on one chart. Not sure if this is relevant, but I live 20 minutes away and there was a major outage at Cogeco (ISP) in this same time frame today.

@cogecohelps @wuuyyan @cogeco Outage may have been resolved, but speed is SO slow! It's been slow for a few days now. Checked upload and download speeds and they are extremely low. What was the issue that was resolved? Outage can't be because of virtual learning, because why were there no issues yesterday?

@CrushinKill @Cryptics13 @cogeco 6/7 get the service back up and running and wait until the next outage to happen and continue to provide such an awesomely overpriced service, does it mean that someone shouldn’t call out the uncaring corporate monster to the room?

@CrushinKill @Cryptics13 @cogeco 7/7 and god forbid suggest that their customer service might actually do some proactive ‘customer servicing’?! …sorry, I should also add in true Karen style; ‘someone call the cops, that man is bird watching’!

@cogecohelps @cogeco I've done both of these and while I have internet on all my handheld devices, my chromebook is still not able to use internet. It was perfectly fine until the outage this morning. What else can be done?

@justincooke182 @cogeco If DNS is down you could also hard code DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. COGECO could even temporarily make their DHCP service hand this out automatically avoiding any static entries. We were not affected as we don’t use COGECO for DNS.

@cogeco Spoke with tech support at 615 pm & 930 pm as MSNBC is not coming up. Each time we were promised the issue would be resolved within 15 minutes. Channel still not coming thru and now we have to sit on hold for at least another hour waiting for tech support. Brutal

@cogeco Nope still dealing with your terrible response times . Wait over an hour on the phone only for the “call to drop”
