@Jabourasaurus Does sound like a possible dns issue... but I see you've already changed it... it's a bit weird... during all the issues with Cogeco this week I didn't completely lose my internet at any point. It got a bit slow, but it never totally died.

@cogeco Paying for a Gig service and still getting 16-18MB, what a joke. There is an outage or work going on every day. When does this become unacceptable?

@cogeco We have experienced a couple of very minor inconveniences with the service, nothing real to mention of call in about, but I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE EMAIL YOU SENT IN REGARD TO IT...I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND APOLOGY. THANK YOU COGECO

@garry_levere @cogecohelps @cogeco I spoke to them yesterday and they told me it’s because a third-party company who provides IP addresses cannot keep up with the workload that they get from Cogeco bell and Rogers. And apparently Stoney Creek and Niagara are the worst

@trekkerk @MIHomeYGK How many people having issues have a TP-Link Router? This is what Cogeco is trying to blame it on.

@Cogeco also sent me a reminder that my #Cogeco bill is due in a few days. Just a friendly reminder to pay us for the crappy service we provide and don't be late. Question. If I forget to pay, can I blame someone else down the line? #Cogeco #poortiming
