@cogecohelps here we go again with another outage. The Cogeco TiVo app hasn’t worked in four days (since Jan 1 - coincidence?) and the only response from your tech support is “There is [sic] issues with the tivo app. We are aware. No timeframe for when it will be fixed”

@cogeco spoke to a rep, said he was opening an outage with network team, website still shows no issue. I have very degraded no internet! @cogecohelps

@RealStrongLegs Who was your old ISP? I'm on cogeco and have very similar ping to your Bell connection, but I know in the area lots of smaller ISP's just lease the networks from larger companies. If so it could be a tunneling issue which Bell should be able to disable

Good evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.

@cogeco new year same crappy products. What’s the point of having an app to watch your recordings when your crappy products don’t work. You should be ashamed you are robbing people with your crap products

It only took 2 hours and 40 mins, transferred 11 different times (twice to Bell Canada agents) but I was finally able to help my uncle activate his @VirginPlusCare TV!! Almost if not worse than @cogeco !!

@cogecohelps Do you have a date as to when Cogeco plans to correct this issue as it has been weeks without any information to customers as to if or when it will be resolved?
