@cogeco @cogecohelps Thanks for another surprise. My VALUE PACK which was 75.99 is now all of a sudden "out of the blue" now 81.99 a jump of 6.00 Nobody inquired to me or asked me if I was ok for this jump in price, you can't just raise prices with customer consent. I'm finished.

@cogeco @cogecohelps nothing like negotiating a locked in price for 3 years through customer loyalty program. Only to raise your rates 3 months later. How underhanded. Then have a 45 min wait time to have to speak to someone to rectify. @bellinternet heads up. New customer coming

@cogeco I want to say that I can't believe how DIFFICULT it is to reach someone who can help me with the simplest of requests because unless you're adding/upgrading, a couple of hours of your day is lost. Really? Are we still here?

@cogeco very, very disappointed in your chat function. Horrible customer service. Trying to help my parents, Jen from your chat wouldn't offer any help at all claiming the equipment supplied by your store wasn't there's. Thankfully we got Larry on the phone. Greatest tech ever!

So frustrating with our Cogeco TV. Finally after weeks of having 3 channels all picelatinf we finally get a techie in and he diagnoses the problem as the outside line needs replacing. Says nothing wring with the boxes. We waited a couple weeks for the linemen to arrive.
