    @cogeco I cannot even fathom how terrible our internet has been lately. Making working from home and school impossible. Doesn’t even look like there’s an outage today and our internet is garbage.

    @cogeco I'm locked out of my account. I had to change my password. Finally got it to work for email, but I can't get back into "my account". They sent me a validation code, that worked, but when I tried to sign in I couldn't. Spent an hour holding for tech.

    Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.

    @PhilWarner19 @MaloneOCSB Cogeco isn’t available in rural areas. We have very limited options. We pay higher prices for less service. They also slow us down during peak hours due to overcrowded towers.

    @cogecohelps Information sent-I’ve spoken with half a dozen people this week at Cogeco. The fact that my Internet is still down is appalling.

    @CBCOntarioToday Well....it's at a point with @cogeco that they issued a letter of apology for the numerous outages, followed a few days later by yet another outage (at least in my area) that took out both Internet & phone service, but I noticed that they didn't offer a rebate or discount.

    @cogecohelps 6 hours on the phone with @cogeco I expected very little in the way of help, thanks for proving me wrong. What should have been a simple relocation order turned into a comedy of errors beginning Dec 16. Cogeco, thanks to Ranvi, has gone above and beyond to make this right.Thank u

    @cogecohelps I now have COGECO on speed dial and every time I call there is a message about some network issue in Milton or email problems. It seems to be getting worse and not better.
