    @cogeco Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that

    Why would Cogeco follow me now! just cause i finally realised what going on! And why my internet is is always down why do i pay for an impossible speed ! Why no one told me about the 500 mb /sec before i paid years of full price!! Yeah! i cought on!

    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
