@Bell_Support Bell Fibe not working. Can not connect to support. In the Hamilton area. I’m done with bell. I’m switching to Cogeco which offers way better download speed and the same tv package for half the price and no contract.

@cogeco Just a heads up after the storm. Tree has taken out lines in my neighbours backyard and tore down our cable line for TV and Internet. PM for address as I know your phone line is very busy (to be expected)

@cogecohelps @cogeco I’m still waiting for internet to be back, it has been 4hours now and I have tried to call your technicians 7 times with no response, all I hear is repeatedly saying unplug the power to restart which doesn’t work at my house, please help, thank you.

@cogecohelps hi there! I switched to Cogeco last week for the 1gb package, and my internet has been spotty since switching. Calling technical support hasn’t solved the issue. Looking for some help. Thanks!

@josh_leverton @Bell_Support When I was with Cogeco. If something like this happened, They did give you a credit if they couldn’t fix the issue for a long time like this. We had better wifi with Cogeco as well. Bell is so disappointing.

@cogecohelps Well that sucks. Cogeco is really lagging behind the competition then. Rogers Ignite was the best service I ever had. I sure hope they come into our area very soon. Cogeco needs to step up their game.
