@cogecohelps @cogeco I will go to the storefront I guess. I should be able to book service without waiting for hours in a phone queue or having some non existent PIN which isn’t listed on any invoice or my account settings. @cogeco is garbage but when I have no other choice, what can I do.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I just moved from Bell to Cogeco (not my preference but new location couldn’t support Bell). Truly truly disappointed. Installed on Thursday and I’ve had no internet since. Not even including video calls for my meetings. So disappointed (using my mobile data)

@cogecohelps I tried to become a new customer today. I was told service was not avaiable in my area. My neighbours on both sides of me are cogeco customers. Please explain? Your customer service is garbage

@mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers I don't know where you reside, but we have had MNSI for years and they are so much better than Rogers/Bell/Cogeco! Only had one problem (a short in a wire) and they came out that day and fixed it.
