@cogecohelps @cogeco I've spoken to a supervisor and left my honest review of the customer service we are receiving. Sad on how we get treated
@cogecohelps i need an emergency help. I moved to a new house today and my internet is not working. I called Cogeco about my move 2 to 3 weeks back and @cogeco mentioned that bo technician is needed. It’s just plug and play. Here I am, no internet and no technician available.
@YoungerGolf @rogerstv @Cogeco epico pretty bad too. 4k channels look good, but despite 190kbps speed, takes like 6 seconds to load after every channel change or fast forward press. UI also terrible. Way less user friendly than TiVo was.
@cogecohelps @cogeco No it’s fine it’s not a stupid company but like why does it always go out, it hasn’t been working for 5 hours and we just got it fixed
@Cogeco your Epico system is down again. I've been a customer for 6 weeks and this is absolutely unacceptable. At least have the integrity to explain what is wrong and what Cogeco is doing to correct this continuous service drops. I think I should have stayed with Bell

So my neighbor cuts my cable/internet/phone yesterday and @cogeco says they can't come fix it until SATURDAY!? Is this real life!? Is customer service not a thing anymore?
@cogeco Epico sucks! You should be crediting customers every time your service is down. At this rate, you will owe us money!
@cogeco your internet service stills sucks. Unreliable service is the only thing I can rely on. Do better
