Didn’t @cogeco used to send out text messages with alerts when their service is down? My internet was off for over 5 hours due to a power outage somewhere in the area and not a peep.

@SpexxieTTV @BellAliant Canada has the worst internet options, Cogeco, Bell and Roger's gouge you in pricing with little to offer. Its the same for cellular. You just gota pick the best of the worst.

Darren Williams (@CoercionJab) reported
@Starlink Interesting and I understand low net speed or not internet at all. Too bad the price isn’t changing because Roger’s and cogeco undercutting Starlink monthly subscription price forcing me to leave my Starlink up on house in hopes pricing will be equal or better. Canadian Starlink

Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reported
Cogeco received #CRTC approval to shut down CKYK-FM-1 96.9, a retransmitter of KYK 95.7 in Alma, after arguing the additional transmitter is redundant except in a small sliver north of the city, and not worth the cost. The transmitter was originally approved in 2008.

A few days ago, we switched our internet from Bell to Cogeco. Now, I'm currently experiencing location issues when logging into some of my sportsbooks. When it rains, it pours.

@cogeco not happy with the results of the service call today. I was led to believe they did something that they did not. How do I follow up?

Y’all wanna hear how my morning went? Woke up to a horrible noise, I’m like wtf is that. A truck with a high load ripper my internet wire out of the the poll @cogeco doesn’t care and has a minimum 24 hour wait for a service call

Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported
@tedwoodhead @cogeco @MBDan7 People seem to think these #CRTC labels will fix rural fixed wireless. How? If there is a competitor, people would switch - but there usually isn't a competitor. So, it ultimately comes down to spectrum, towers, economics. Everyone wants 5-bars, but they don't want new towers

Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported
@tedwoodhead @cogeco About #CRTC nutrition labels: MP @MBDan7 said this morning that customers are frustrated with rural fixed wireless speeds, reliability. That doesn't get fixed by labels. It takes infrastructure investment. Need to stop doing stupid stuff that gets in the way of capital spending

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported
Cogeco clearly stated they collect congestion data at each and every node as part of proper network planning #CRTC. And this is what I said, this data should be on their website when a customer looks up their address, in real time.
