    @cogeco no internet again for the second time in 3 days. I literally just signed up with cogeco not 3 months ago and uts been nothing but constant outages. Believe me when I tell you we will not be renewing our service with you.

    Hey, @cogecohelps. I'm receiving lag whilst playing video games. This started around a week ago. I restarted my router several times and it still hasn't solved my issue. My internet speeds are fine. Is this an issue on my internet or cogeco's? I'm in Oakville Ontario.

    @nfitz1 It’s showing a “This channel will be available shortly” message with a specific error code, so it doesn’t seem like a physical cable issue to me. Likely something on Cogeco’s end

    @nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

    @cogecohelps I have been kicked out of the queue for online support 4x to get help for our 5g (super weak) and our 2.4g isn't working at all. As such, none of our security cameras or devices are connecting. #Cogeco

    @71DavidJC @cogeco Same here. Do you have epico? Signed up in November and its been nothing but issues, besides the outage the other day. Internet cuts out, TV buffers.

    @cogeco My internet has been down or on and off and now poor for days. I try to call and can't get through to support or almost any other department. I know of no other way to reach anyone to get this rectified. Help.
