@cogecohelps That’s ok Sandra. It will just be more of the same. This has been reported every day, often multiple times per day with no resolution. Your outage map shows the issue starting from Friday at noon, when Cogeco actually started paying attention until now when the fix is now 3:16

lived here for two years without issues. Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.

@cogecohelps ordered your new Epico service, was supposed to have all the equipment arrive today. It didn’t. But Cogeco turned off my current TV service regardless to make the switch. Only nothing switch too. Brutal Service. Now 2 days w no TV services.

Cogeco, Bell, and Rogers barely service any rural areas before they get all hyped up about 5G, you may want to make sure people can afford & access any internet at all. It is not affordable for most, some people cannot afford computers or over priced phones, its called research.
