@AureliaCotta @perreaux I changed to Cogeco and things have been much better. Tired Bell trying to make me pay for a new modem and unclear that was the issue.

@cogecohelps ever since the province wide shut down after xmas my internet connection is absolutely pathetic. I expect a refund on my bill from when the internet was out province wide and ALL outages on cable AND internet since. if cogeco does not take it off my bill I will!

.... the last guy telling me it must be an issue with my devices. All my devices worked until this new modem arrived. Period. Now have to wait to the 8th to receive ANOTHER modem for an upgrade to a new service. @cogeco (continued...)

@OpenMediaOrg @TorontoStar @OpenMediaOrg Didn't Toronto do same in 2006 with Toronto Hydro OneZone? City sold it to Cogeco (41% Rogers owned). It was free, then cheap, then killed by big 3. I smell something very fishy - there's hidden agenda - tax $ to build network then sell to big 3 again?
