The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.

@cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

@Canadian72 @Bell Same here, my area is Cogeco only and they are shafting us. Bell said to keep an eye out over 10 years now. **** all ISPs.
