Just got a message from @Cogeco Internet is going up $6.00 and the tv is also going up $6.00. Thanks Trudeau for the 25% decrease that never happened. I am done . Cancelling today.

@cogecohelps So this is Cogeco, eh? You make it impossible to disconnect services. A customer tells you they were on hold for one hour, then disconnected and your advice is "call an agent".

@cogecohelps I’m so sick of seeing ONE MOMENT PLEASE in the middle of a program that we pay extra for. We did go a whole week without it and thought things might be better. Wrong again. Cogeco sucks

Hey Cogeco, why is the service in downtown Niagara Falls so unreliable?! I pay over $100 a month as a single person for only wifi and it goes out constantly! Not a fair system! 😤😤😤

If I can give anyone/everyone a piece of advice it's DO NOT GET @cogeco !!!!! It is THE WORST service we've ever had. We are canceling everything with them. Wish we had @Bell fibe where we live cuz it was amazing at our other house.
