@PaulTassi i think the bigger issue is, imo, no game created yet actually competes for the same playerbase d2 has. like, i'm into mmos but that's not why i play destiny, i'm into looter shooters but that's not why i play destiny, etc. it's almost in its own vaguely-defined genre

So uhh just went a several tweet diatribe about how Destiny 2 & Warframe are rivals in the Live Service Looter-Shooter genre but no one wants to admit it or compare the 2 simply because one is an FPS & the other is 3PS. That's how burned out with both. How's your day going?

@Gladd Honestly, the one shot they had at making a decent multiplayer PvE game that could rival Destiny, they squandered the opportunity SO HORRIBLY, they decided to just stop supporting it, instead of doing what Hello Games did with NMS and work on fixing the issues/adding more content

@SkillUpYT @PaulTassi The lack of easy 3d movement matters immensely - division has the same issue, destiny's jumps let them do crazy stuff with environment and combat

@SkillUpYT @PaulTassi The two main issues with Destiny are outdated gameplay mechanics e outdated engine/GUI. They are great storytellers and artists, but what's at the bottom sucks bad.

@ritzzcar @pattycakesGG the only place people think this game is bad is in the twittersphere of angy kids. by actual metrics like DAUs the game is extremely healthy. Bungie gave a talk at GDC about how successful Destiny is a live service game and how they gothere.

Hey does anybody remember that reddit thread from the Destiny 2 subreddit, where a diablo loot designer or something came in and basically laid out the loot issues the game had? This was back in like year 1. Did this happen or am I faking myself out here

@scantzor I don't even know what to say to that. People changing names is no issue at all. But if "Miley" was called "Destiny" at one point it's silly to pretend that she always was called "Miley".

@BungieHelp @Bungie It's very difficult to contact you all, FYI. I'm going to try this route. My son was banned from Destiny 2 for unknown reasons. You have never emailed him a reason, and we are trying to figure out why. Can you please contact me to mitigate this issue, please?

@BungieHelp Hi! How does one submit a ticket for an in-game issue? My seasonal tracker is stuck with a completed objective that I cannot untrack. Is there a local file that can deleted to clear this, or can my account be adjusted somehow to fix this?

@YOG3NSHA Shift-Up has released a uncensored version of destiny child (they also made that) so im hoping that apply here aswell. However taptap version was ****** up badly and dont know if they got around to ever fix it.
