Ofc not with the bug, cause everything dies instant. But without it, it's really not that viable still. Would be nice to tweak it a bit for higher content.

Crazed (@Crazed_Lfc) reported@Destiny2Team Just a note during the Archon fight in Edge of Fate, sometimes the servitors that you have to Matterspark blinks everytime you shoot up via the launcher I had to wipe to fix it, which isn't nice to do on the harder difficulties Minimum issue, but i'm glad i noticed it quick

It is shitting the bed because too many studios forgot the product is trust. Players are not buying a roadmap, devlog, wishlist campaign, streamer spike, or monetisation model. They are buying the belief that the game is worth their time, and that belief keeps getting burned. "Indies" (isn't 99% of the devs now all indies? when are we going to drop this term now) are told to market early, farm wishlists, build in public, and devlog everything. Very few times it works, but it also kills the mystery. By launch, the audience has already watched the game get made. Early Access made it worse. What started as a funding model now feels like a graveyard of unfinished promises. The art serves the game. It did not replace it. A lot of the industry inverted this. The screenshot became the product, the trailer became the pitch, the roadmap became the design doc, the patch plan became the launch strategy, and "watch me build my dream game" became the marketing strategy. The industry does not have a player problem. It has a trust problem. The layoffs in studios is because the trust was broken and they couldn't figure out how to retain the bond. @DestinyTheGame is my go-to example of a great game foundation being handed to people who no longer understand the product. The bones were there: gun feel, open world, raids, loyal players, years of investment, and a live-service model that made sense. Then it got buried under dashboards, forecasts, cost cuts, roadmap theatre, and metric worship. That is how you kill trust. A CEO with a brain would clear the executive rot and rebuild around the people who still understand the game. Instead they think its a case of swap out D2 and inject Marathon and assume players just wont see the difference.

A good new player expeirience. Everything else should be treated as a stupid thought.
