@xxDMACxx @Remy_Be_Tweetin @BungieHelp That experience doesn't defend the amount of hate toward a company that (definitely isn't perfect, they have their issues) still puts a lot of work into a Massive game. Even with some content taken out which i understand from a file size standpoint. It's not perfect, just good.

@BungieHelp @DestinyTheGame On the destiny 2 companion it saying no valid characters found when sign in on Psn to the app please fix don’t want to loose my characters. Even though I have cross save on it shows up when I sign with Xbox on the app which I don’t have an Xbox anymore can you look in to it

@TheFirstMerlin @BungieHelp I literally never said that I know it would still have bugs and issues, I'm just suggesting maybe the current stress and time spent fixing current problems is getting so crazy, maybe a new engine *in the long term* would be a good investment

@BungieHelp Team Scorched doesn't seem to advance matches played for pinnacle, or points for ranking - is this also a known issue? It does move a seasonal activity along though (the only reason I would do such a thing)

@DifuArath @d_a_b_9 @BungieHelp if it means long term, they're spending less time shutting down the game and working overnight to fix fundamental issues Most game series do this anyways, have lulls in content between sequels, I'm not sure what that point is meant to convey.

@noahsmiIeyface @DestinyBulletn Huh? It's a fact that destiny has been having way more issues lately. API going down more often. Game going down for a day? That hasn't happened in a long time. Maybe the increase in Bungie's patch cadence is causing quality issues.

@DSR_Joker this lady is just venting - she's in charge of graphics delivery based on her title. she honestly probably has no legitimate idea on what it takes to keep destiny running as a live service, sounds like she's just frustrated by the bad PR.

@whatsupchafe @BungieHelp Destiny 3 would only repeat the cycle. Live service games have this issue due to the constant additions they make to the game changing fundamentals and expanding on new in game products. Each update is a wrinkle to iron, not a crack in foundation.

@LN_RuleYOURface @BungieHelp That's fair, the risk just has to be balanced with the reward. They do have to recreate the entire system in some respects when they finally do. There's no way of knowing if the same variables might create the same problem across some or all game engines. The game is Halo on LSD.

@MulattoKitten D2 was down for all of yesterday following a patch because of missing triumphs etc. Seems indicative of larger issues under the hood with the game's engine. People are throwing the idea of Destiny 3 around as a possible solution.

@MishaalRahman That's a shame. Whilst I didn't love Stadia's business model, I did use it to play Destiny 2 and found Stadia to be a better streaming service that Xbox's Xcloud in terms of latency, quality and stability. RIP Stadia.
