Just another case of not being able to use what you paid money for. Sad to see the devs don’t have the resources for an actual fix here.

Kyle Hurd (@ZedHurd) reported@wcs031876 @Destiny2Team They've never said they would stop doing patches. They've stated there'd be no more live service content. Meaning any patches would be at the whim of their schedule if they happen at all and most of the time equipment will just get disabled, not fixed.

Considering this is widespread and only affecting this storefront version (Epic/Microsoft work fine), is there any fix incoming?

Bug (@ForFrenzy) reported@Lazy_Tomb @Destiny2Team The studio just laid off basically all of its devs for D2. Odds are they did this due to lack of enough time to make an actual fix to it, otherwise it would just be in the game permanently which sets an even worse precedent

However divinity was not free, it was part of a paid expansion so a little more should go towards getting a fix out for this I feel
