Well then, I got randomly banned on Destiny 2. 4k hours in, I joined in the game yesterday, entered my friends fireteam, and before we could launch Grasp of Avarice I got error code weasel. Tried to log back in and it said I was banned. Submitted appeal. Here's hoping..

I have major issues with lightyear It’s MANIFEST DESTINY in nice cartoon wrapped paper & ******* with 1 of most recognizable WHITE!! spaceman in a mask outside of Star Wars… Literally they are on a hostile planet that CONTINUES 2b w/no learning/research how to work w/them?

Cause the game is so overburdeningly grindy for them, and so much of your gear grind is just **** you have to do solo cause Bungie has yet to make stuff team friendly with things like bounties which is a core destiny franchise problem, but it turns the game into a solo thing.

I think this season of Destiny has had some conplex issues, but also a lot of people would be less doomer about it if they didn't essentially play the game 7 days a week 365 days a year.

@bug_scrap Plausibly fan service at its finest wouldn’t be the first time the story around a character got completely rewritten in destiny lore and ingame story. Sooo many romance fanatics that practically want to place every character in a shipping relationship and i mean that literally.

@ANTaormina It’s absolutely fine to not engage with the greater conversation about Destiny 2’s problems. What’s a bit pointless was the attempt to invalidate the conversation at all, as if anyone said the game’s problems would keep YOU from enjoying the game. Have fun.

@th3jmanx Yeah I think a game engine and network refresh would really help. But if you refresh the game but bring the same vision for PvP to a Destiny 3 that we have now I think we have the same issue but wrapped in a shinier package.

The Destiny community as of late has been on a whole new level of anger and is now asking for another sequel… if we remember, a sequel to D1 didn’t fix D1s problems. The issue is direction and leadership- what makes money.

@EricFordham It could in a way better way D2 could. If only Bungie actually put their big boy pants on and got to it. At this point it's more trouble than it's worth trying to revamp destiny 2 as a whole. They need a clean slate and +4 years of development in a new engine.

Your problem is no match to your destiny. Walk by faith and not by sight because what you see is temporary and subject to change, no condition is permanent and always remember that whatever challenge you seem to be going through now has got an expiry date.

The negativity around Destiny right now is so overblown. There’s some legitimate issues that need to be/are being highlighted, but the bandwagon negativity from players and some of the CCs is just comical at this point. The game needs work? Yes. Is the sky falling? No.
