@eToroService Having issues is normal and plausible especially in growth phases but you owe it to all your users to avoid these kind of scenarios! Losing money is fine if it's your fault but in these kind of scenarios people will be mad for good reason. Thank you and fix it!

@7noon92 @D_Elvyy @eToro They blocked everything but selling on certain stocks, that is potentially illegal. Did you miss the congressional hearings or something? T&Cs do not protect companies from legal issues. It’s not an opt out.

@eToroService Discussed this event with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service but I have to wait for you to reply to the ticket sent to eToro earlier today before I can raise a formal complaint. I was not the first call apparently.

@JackMcC71402114 @eToroService I experienced this before, but then it was down voor 1 or maybe 2 hours. This time almost one day. This scares me a lot. If they don’t compensate my loss because they didn’t close my position while I used the offline tool, I’m gone and will never come back.
