Complete all your security checks and 48h later they lock you out of your account requesting the same security checks. Try and speak to someone and you get an AI. Finally get a person and they offer 0 help.

Because of none-functional charts and shown price of a stock I couldn’t close my positions in time and lost over 2,5K and got no refund from Etoro. customer support sent me an Email after 2 weeks saying “none-functional charts don’t effect order execution”

Not because the models are bad, but because getting from backtest to live execution means dealing with OAuth, margin APIs, compliance webhooks, and order management. I will consult my legal team and be closing my account with etoro as soon as I am able. DO NOT use @eToro folks.
