Plenty of people on Twitter are complaining about the same etoro problem: account shows a balance of $0 and once one logs out, cannot log back on. How about giving your customers info on what's going on @etoro?

@eToroService I can't access my eToro account with my password. I haven't made any changes and what worries me is that I usually have my account open all the time (not logging out) and saw my balance on zeros before not being able to log in again. Can you help please?
