    @eToro Hello, why the platform stopped working? I cannot log in. When trying to: a) start chatting at help center it tries to log in (not working) b) open ticket -> moves to start chatting c) Clicking on: ‘problem signing in’ -> just refreshes same page pls help

    @eToroTeam 15 days now waiting for @eToro to "review" my documents to return MY money. 15 days where my money was generating interest for them and not for me. How often does this happen? How much money are you keeping from customers to make a full interest for you? It looks bad.

    @eToroTeam removing all posts as spam? doesnt sit right with me, and when is this problem solved? updates along the way could be nice instead of just waiting until its fully resolved. Markets about to open in america soon, get going!!!

    @eToroTeam Yep, read that before. Apologies won't help with losses tbh. Paying enough fees to expect high-end professional!!! operations. I'm actively managing my positions - so very curious to learn how/if you compensate in such cases ... *still shaking my head ...

    @eToroTeam I got a generic reply saying due to price gaps or volatility then the ticket was closed. Neither of those are issues with Metaplanet and trading has been unavailable for at least a few days

    You might see some more of video content attached to my posts as finally I found robotized translate solutions of fair quality. It started with motivation 🐂campaign by @eToro - test AI and we will refund expenses of your tests. Most of tests failed, but some few changed some of my daily tasks. I wanted to express gratitude. Fun fact, i forgot to apply for refund in the end, probably ended, but motivation was all I needed.

    @eToroTeam when I log into my account, there is no sign of my cash ISA. Clicking on the ISA tab in the menu gets “ an error has occurred, please try again“. Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.

    @eToro I have a few feature ideas that could improve the eToro platform for both investors and Popular Investors. 1. Lock in option for Copy Trading and Smart Portfolios It could be interesting to introduce an optional lock in period where an investor commits capital for a defined time, for example one quarter as a minimum. If someone is confident enough in a strategy to lock their funds, Popular Investors could potentially receive slightly higher incentives for this type of committed capital. Investors who commit their capital could also receive something extra on top. You are smart people, I am sure you could come up with a good mechanism for this. 2. Calendar based take profit Currently we have standard TP and trailing TP, but a calendar based exit could also be useful. For example an investor could set a rule such as “close this position on a selected date” regardless of profit or loss. 3. Lower crypto sell minimum in the wallet The current $100 minimum for selling crypto in the wallet feels quite high for smaller traders/investors. Many traders use other exchanges like Bybit or Binance for active trading while treating eToro more as a long term investment hub. Allowing smaller crypto sell amounts in the wallet could make the platform more flexible and attractive for crypto users by lowering the entry barrier. Since the minimum investment is $10, the minimum sell amount could reasonably be something like $20. 4. Improve chart settings persistence Please i beg you to consider improving how chart settings are saved. At the moment charts reset to default when switching between assets. Many users do not want to constantly reconfigure their chart setup every time they open a new instrument. For example I personally use Heikin Ashi candles and currently I have to change this repeatedly. Even with the save option, indicator styles and chart settings are not always properly preserved. Improving this would significantly improve the overall quality of life on the platform for active traders. Thanks for reading and considering these ideas. 👍

    @eToro @lale_akoner 31 days (1 month) since @eToro blocked my account, ignoring their own T&Cs. 27 days to review a bank statement. No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

    @eToro @eToro i have an account with etoro for the oast 3 years and now i am confused why my login us not working . and it is showing that Etoro in unavailbale in your country. Please advise what should i do .
