@eToroService @eToro Not been able to open positions since the US markets have opened. Absolutely disappointing from eToro & so many customers still impacted for several hours now. Embarrassing start to 2021 for eToro with update on resolving issue. Poor customer experience. A lost trading day.

@eToroService **WARNING - DO NOT USE eTORO** Markets opening late for no reason Balances showing as zero in error Unable to login or open positions Use a reputable exchange such as @IGcom or @binance. This is not spamming/trolling eToro, this is my genuine experience.

@AndoenRuta @eToroService Isn't it great when you have a serious issue like this that has obviously had a big effect on your trading, but they refuse to even reply to you? I can see they've responded to plenty of others who have tweeted after you. This company is a joke, avoid them at all costs.
