@eToroService I opened a BNB trade at 196, but the offline tool is showing as opened at BNB 222. It is over 10% higher. I hope it will be correct when return to work. I am losing a lot with this issue. I am afraid to close the position as it has wrong buy price.

@eToro has been experiencing technical issues for almost 8h straight. @me is experiencing trust issues, unsure whether "We are working with senior teams at Microsoft to resolve this issue" is good or bad news.

@roycefestival @eToroService If you read the Terms of Service, you would know you're talking out of your a s s and are entitled to exactly nothing. They're not doing this on purpose, why would they, they lose money too. Either a hacker attack, hardware malfunction or some bigger problems

@eToroService You can apologize when the mishap is minor, when it takes practically all day and causes economic losses, being a service purely based on the search for monetary gain, the apologies already become insignificant. Users must be compensated.

@eToroService eToro collapses because they have too much people, more than 300 millions accounts, so, when cryptos and stocks crash, everyone of those 300 million people tray to open and close several values simultaneously, so too much movements, servers collapse.

Just started with @eToro @eToroService 2 days ago. Being off so long strikes me as something major going on, like being hacked or losing track of who owns what in DB errors. Lack of communication is bad too. Simply saying "we are working on it" for 8 hours isn't good comms.

@PaulHewitson9 @brenbratchie96 @eToroService Hate to break it to you but their customer support is one of the worst I’ve come across. Endless hours on the phone to resolve small problems. Several days waiting for replies to emails. If you’re looking for CFD/Share trading find someone else.

@eToroService Not really good enough. If your servers cannot handle the traffic, increase your capacity. We pay you to be our broker, we shouldn't be locked out of our accounts when there is a correction. What would you do if there is a market crash?
