    @eToro your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You claim issues are “resolved” when they’re clearly not. I’ve been blocked from withdrawing my own money for days — support case #07685184 has gone nowhere, and your complaint form doesn’t even work. Sort this out!!!!

    You might see some more of video content attached to my posts as finally I found robotized translate solutions of fair quality. It started with motivation🐂campaign by @eToro - test AI and we will refund expenses of your tests. Most of tests failed, but some few changed some of my tasts. I wanted to express gratitude. Fun fact, i forgot to apply for refund in the end, probably ended, but motivation was all I needed.

    @eToro 27 days with my money held by @eToro, ignoring their own T&Cs as they did not communicate it to me. And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?

    @eToro This is ridiculous! My £5,000 has been blocked for 7+ weeks due to an incoming funds issue after a rejected Coinbase transfer (returned 17/04/25). Sent all docs, no resolution. Fix this now! #eToro #CustomerService (150 characters)

    @eToro All this trouble in the world yet this strange currency just keeps rising ! from 60 cents to 108 k in how many years ? I’d take the advice of the people who are buying it and avoid it at all costs ! All sounds a bit dodgy to me !

    @eToro have no ability to connect you to humans to resolve and urgent issue despite their chatbot saying they will connect! They also can’t sell stocks promptly and cancel orders #thieves #fraud

    @eToro @eToroTeam @eToroUS Has to be the most ****** business of all time. 1. I had to personally ask them 20 times to add the YTD chart back onto the app. Why in the world would a brokerage not tell you your YTD performance. 2. It took 4 different agents last time to find someone competent enough and with half a brain for them to actually physically help me. 3. There’s now 3 different ways to check your YTD performance. The first is wrong by around 7 or 8% how? The second was around 12 hours delayed but was accurate, this is now frozen and has now not updated for nearly 2 days? The last is now just completely wrong and the chart doesn’t even make sense 💀 What an absolute **** show of a business. This is a warning to everyone not to use EToro, i will soon be moving my funds if this absolute joke of a business doesn’t improve. - if you’re starting your investment journey avoid EToro at all costs.

    I have money in @eToro since 2 years but I changed my phone number and I can't access them. Their team ignores support requests. All other tools were responsive when I changed my number except @eToro. Shouldn't this be illegal? Anyone can recommend some legal action here?
