@rampas_in @StockNick1 @eToro Does it matter? What matters is fixing it. You can fix things without full knowledge of the underlying issue. I think you would debate anything I suggest as a reason anyway. Based on your previous tweets it seems you and I are unlikely to agree on this.

I deposit $1000, they put a hold to my account till I verify, then I log back onin& my funds went missing. i thought no problem probably a glitch, i come back 2 weeks later money still missing!

@ferrandoandre88 @eToroService and when I opened a ticket, I see support closed them with any response! I fired of 7 email tickets, come back next day and they are all closed with zero response! unbelievable

@jaynemesis @StockNick1 @eToro Yes it matters as this is the crux of the issue, it's railing against an invisible enemy you can't quantify. There's nothing worse than an army of do gooders intent on 'fixing things,' the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

@jaynemesis @StockNick1 @eToro It all comes down to risk. Women are more risk averse. I was listening to a CEO, forget the company, that had more women looking after long term strategy as they are more frugal. The trading floor where the big risk and gains are to be made is male dominated.

@eToroService hi, i wanted to inform you that there is a problem with your app. I cant log into, it consistentky states "an error has occured, please try again later" it has been 2 to 3 days now that the app doesn't work anymore, i can still log in through the browser though

DO NOT under any circumstance use the @eToro trading platform. Unstable, buggy, inconsistent charts and go out their way to make moving your cash to another platform as painful as possible. I'm not even going into their ridiculous transaction fees. 100% worst platform around.

@eToroService It's too late now - I canceled my account. It wasn't until I contacted eToro on Twitter in my desperation that someone from customer service got in touch. I had waited at least one month for a simple request.

@eToroService I’ve been checking this issue with few banks I work with and all of them told me the problem is eToro has not implemented yet 3D Secure 2.0 system all major banks are already working with. If eToro does not implement it before 01/04/21 banks will refuse even 10€ deposits request

@eToroService I have had an issue with depositing money into my etoro account. I have advised your team to refund it back. They said it would be done in 8 to 10 business days. Its close to a month now and I still have not received my money back. Extremely poor customer service
