@eToroService It's sad that there is a disparity between how issues are resolved if you're not part of the etoro members club. I've read that people on the silver tier or higher gets to chat with customer service and have their own account manager meanwhile those in bronze

@eToroService eToro service, my ticket has been opened for more than 10 days. Still the issue has not yet been rectified. No response from support despite many emails have been sending to them. From, a very frustrated customer
