Mr. Cold (@Javier_Cold_) reported@eToro Day 16 of @etoro not returning my money, 16 days reviewing a bank statement. No warning and no knowing when they will finish "reviewing" my document. This is the customer service anyone can expect from eToro...and they don't care.

No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened

And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?
