@eToroTeam That's the whole issue! @IDnowGmbH is not accepting my German Residence Permit, because it's stamped on my passport and not a plastic card. German government stamped passports instead of issuing plastic cards in mid of 2020, due to Covid Pandemic. So what can I do then?

Hey @eToroTeam , I have sent two payments to someone through your emoney app. They claim they've not received either, and I need to speak to someone to resolve the issue. How can I do that? Raising a vague ticket that won't get answered properly is not an adequate response.

@eToro I'm sure all of these people in the ads are perfectly fine people... They're most likely actors so they can act and be convincing So that leaves the question: how ******* bad are you at directing them then if this is what comes out? Are you proud to waste talent like that?

I have seen some bad ads and none of them can even measure up to what ******** you're doing. But maybe that's the best you can do with a product of comparable quality..

@eToroTeam Do you know you ask for a second verification process and say you will limit or close account with all money and the process shows error message, it won't allow to continue, and you don not have a direct way to solve this in time to avoid bigger problems?

Really awful service -- once again -- from @eToroTeam @eToro . Have sent LTC to a completely different address to the one I input, twice, and refuse to do anything. Also one of a growing number of awful companies who don't let you talk to anyone to resolve.
