@eToroService Hi there. I managed to get past it by putting the app into split screen mode with something else, which allowed it to scroll down to the button, but when it was just eToro on its own I had the issue I described. Phone of Galaxy 9+ on Android 10.

@eToroService Yes I did reached out to your customer service team and I am afraid to say they are hopeless. This is an ongoing matter since 24th feb, which is about 2 months and they are neglecting all the evidence and proving me wrong. They did accepted they had system failure but still.

@eToroService Don’t blame the provider @eToro for violating your own Terms&Conditions. Provider has nothing to do with taking 5 days to ask for a SWIFT code or keep sending “under review” messages. You have a misleading service that allows you to keep your customer’s money longer. That’s it

If your new to the cryto world avoid this site/app @cryptocom platform does everything to not release your funds. Terrible. Tried to withdraw my funds to move platforms for 3 days without luck. @eToro is hands down the easiest to use..
