@eToroService What problem, how, explain? Also why won't you address the fact the offline platform wasn't functional at all? I'm leaving, suing, and demand compensation, but some more info in the short term would be nice, instead of this ham-****** robot response.

@cerry_alexa @fearandturn__ @eToroService So it is basically useless. When the service goes down we should be able to close our positions and open new ones on the offline tool. It isn't too hard for them to make a program that will enforce the trade on the price it had at the exact moment you closed/opened.

@SeanADouglas @eToroService @Microsoft I get the feeling it's bad logic on the eToro side, rather than an issue with MS - if it was MS all businesses using their platform would have suffered. They called in MS to fix the eToro issue, while making it sounds like MSs fault.

@geomilano6 @eToroService Yes, seems to be server overload. Too much traffic and not enough capacity. Always have increased traffic during periods of correction. What is a concern is that if the market crashes, no one will be able to close positions or access accounts.

@eToroService @eToro So what way the issue? Trying to grow too fast too quickly? After such a lengthy closure are there now proper measures in place to ensure the increasingly frequent disruptions are now at an end? I believe as soon as there's any volatility it will fold again. I have no trust left.

@eToroService Anyone else still unable to log in? Before it said my password was wrong so I changed it (even though i knew it was right) and now its saying error! So problem certainly not fixed for me.

@eToroService I would suggest that if you have any chance of rebuilding confidence in your platform before your IPO you release the details of this "technical issue" rather than a vague suggestion of an unknown problem.

@eToroService We lost a lost of money but even worst we lost the opportunity to recover from those losses faster buying stocks at almost OFFER or SALE price. So it was not just an incident, YOUR INCIDENT costed us A LOT OF MONEY. eToro is just a game about money. AND I DON'T PLAY WITH MY MONEY

@TradePoorly @eToroService Agreed, as a cloud enterprise engineer and having to deal with these exact same issues for much larger companies this is unacceptable and I'd be asked to hand in my resignation. I want some detailed answers as to what went wrong and proof of their BCP and why that failed.

@Rafael53572034 @eToroService Simple. They won't let you earn more money than they want you to. Every volatile day they have serious issues. I will not expect to have another one. The made us loose maybe the best opportunity of 2021.
