@eToroTeam I’ve read the email... still, problem has not been solved.. my test withdrawal was sent to my close account debit card when I did was to transfer to my active debit account card..... I even asked to delete or remove my close account debit card.

@eToroTeam @h48815o I am also getting this error, it dosent give any error but when I try to close the position it gives the "pending close" status and after a few seconds just return to what it was before hitting the close position button

@eToro I have been trying to use my eToro virtual account for the last 3 hours. It has not been letting me buy, sell or close trades. Nothing is working on my iPhone or laptop. Saying this here due to virtual customers not having access to a live chat and tickets not working.
