However, we have not been able to receive any response from her for several days. This lack of communication is becoming very frustrating as no support or follow-up is being provided. If this issue cannot be handled by the assigned account manager, please assign her a different account manager as soon as possible. We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this situation is affecting her account experience. Thank you.

Complete all your security checks and 48h later they lock you out of your account requesting the same security checks. Try and speak to someone and you get an AI.
