@eToroService Zero point, I have opened tickets and guess what? You reply back not addressing any of the issues and completely deflect the issues just like you have on twitter. I complain to say you open trades late and don’t allow people to open and close trades and you come back with we 1/2

Hundreds of people robbed

@eToroService 2/2 regulated. Address the situation as to why anything we have these issues Monday to Friday? My account manager says it’s system issues and he has mentioned this to powers above but it’s stats he this only happens to anything pumping or dumping. Very fishy

@eToroService More: I have tried this now in Firefox, Chrome and the Android App v284.0.1 and can confirm that the problem exist across all platforms. In the edit trade pop up. Change the TP and click update. Nothing happens. the pop up closes but the TP remains unchanged. Hope that helps.

@eToro I wired $10K to eToro on Dec 23 and they have yet to show it in my account. "Customer Service" says they are very busy and to be patient. You have held my money against my will for ONE MONTH now - it is way beyond time to take action and return my wire!

@eToroService I've never said you scammed your users. I said you introduced horrible last-minute changes that have hurt your users (like me: a few days ago you closed my $ETH position w/o my consent, which cost me money), and made crypto trading in @etoro a terrible experience.

3 weeks ago I changed my phone number and been locked out of my account because the login verification is being sent to the old number. I've been trying to get help from Etoro for over 3 weeks. After numerous emails I still haven't heard from them. Very disappointed! @eToro
