@AlexSaundersAU @SmartContracter @eToro Decided to move my money away from them at the weekend. They emailed me at 5am saying they where closing down leveraged crypto positions. At 10am my $eth x2 lev position was closed down. Only noticed at midday.

@eToro your customer service is crap. I've been asking about an unsuccessful deposit since Dec 21st and you keep on closing my ticket saying its solved. If the deposit didn't go through cause you're overwhelmed, please just return it!

@MatiGreenspan @eToro They're definitely struggling ATM. Last week Etoro randomly closed one of my positions instead of transferring to wallet (again) This has happened twice before & they usually just undo it as soon as asked. But support overwhelmed right now, it will take 7-10 days apparently!

@eToroService your customer service is crap. You keep closing my ticket that I raised since Dec 21 about an unsuccessful deposit. If you're not able to process it due to being overwhelmed, just refund it please!! Don't dismiss my ticket by saying it's solved when nothing is!

I shouldn't have invested on @etoro their customer service is a joke. My withdrawal is running for 2 weeks already. Sent them another different case, and they said it was the same case. Which in fact it's a different withdrawal case 😭 so sad.

@MatiGreenspan @eToro The note above was received after waiting 5 days for the transfer and having no warning funds in available balance could not be touched or loses would be realized no warning of the delay this note reply was received after waiting for a further 3 days from customer service
