@TheRoyalHylian @FallGuysGame You may need to link your accounts. We had a PS legacy FG and when my daughter signed on the Switch the 1st time we had to sign in on her EA Play login and then put in a link code. All her items pulled to the Switch after that. Not sure about Xbox though. Good Luck!
