@Fidomobile I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes!!!! What gives? I bet if I phoned sales someone would pick up right away. My mom, who is on my account, received a message saying her phone was going to be shut off today. What is the issue here????

@Fidomobile I just tried calling tech support and apparently it says that you are “exceptionally closed” lol… online it says your customer support is open for another two hours. Glitch in the system?
