HAM (@dhyn3s) reported@Fidomobile You are literally the worst at customer service and communication between your service tech and your clients. I've tried to set up my internet for the last 2 weeks. I've had tech guys come twice and both times have not been able to make it to me within the time slot.

The tech then tells me he will have to get someone else to help him and will call me back asap..
