    @Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years
