Hi @Fidomobile … I ordered a new device on May 22, and still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called customer service twice and they don’t have any info. Can you help?!

@Fidomobile how is it that in the middle of an emergency, the only option to speak with someone is to schedule a call for two days out? have you fired all your staff?

  • Negeeneegen Miaa (@Negeeneegen) reported

Iran is at war and the internet is down. Millions are cut off from the world — from their families, from safety. @Fidomobile, please wave roaming charges to Iran. Let us stay connected. Let us hear their voices.

@Fidomobile ron, the keyword in my tweet is "emergency" you guys need to treat your customers better. it's not holiday season, and there's no national crisis. it shouldn't take 48hrs to speak to customer service at a telecoms provider. what should people in limbo do in the intervening time?

  • Prateek_Garg95 Prateek Garg (@Prateek_Garg95) reported

@Fidomobile You increased my monthly plan fee without any prior notice. I tried calling, but your automated system said customer service is currently closed. Very disappointing experience and misleading communication. @Bell_LetsTalk @Rogers Lets connect as I am looking to port.

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile Extremely worst customer service I need to call fido urgently but no live agent I have scheduled a call back really? and also it takes two days

@cheezyplays_ @Fidomobile I had a similar issue a few days ago, but @markcyber01 helped me retrieve my hacked account. Now, I can log in normally—contact them for assistance!"

  • Sadra16 Sadra Semnani Rahbar (@Sadra16) reported

@Fidomobile Hey. I wanted ask you guys to make international calling to Iran available on Fido and @Rogers network for free, Iranians are trying to call their loved ones back home in this horrific situation and something like this can help to put their mind at ease a bit.

  • SSSambora Sandy Saragoca (@SSSambora) reported

@Fidomobile so if a client calls Cust service& is told he can’t be helped after being charged for roaming incorrectly. I reach out on X because he has no social media, and am told he can be helped if he posts on social media?! Seriously?
