@Fidomobile Your agents Abdel and Himanshu need a basic 'Customer Service 101' training. Was looking to sign up with Fido but live chat experience was so bad... Such a waste of time as they did not even properly looked into my query #fido #badexperience

@Fidomobile really needs to fix their stuff, there’s absolutely no reason I shouldn’t be able to use my Mobile Data for over 12 hours. This company has been going downhill the past 10 months. First calls start dropping like crazy now this. What’s next ?

  • GSaurov Saurov Ganguly (@GSaurov) reported

@Fidomobile : Is it a kind of fake offer to get attention of the user? I had to finally pay $25 to add additional data to my plan to continue Data usage. This is absolute frustrating and not expected from Fido for such as me as a devoted customer.

  • AlimFakirani Alim Fakirani (@AlimFakirani) reported

@Fidomobile probably has the WORST customer care support in the industry. If I wasn't locked in at such a good rate, I'd switch providers. If you're looking for a provider, try the majors. They're not that much more expensive.
