@Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve never been this frustrated and disappointed with your service before. Your employees gave me incorrect information, promised to have the issues FROM YOUR END resolved within 48 hours and then take more an 1 week for a simple internet installation?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just had a the worst customer experience solution call. I called to request removal of one additional roam likehome charge, the specialist on the call wasn’t trained at all and after 49 mins, hung up on me without providing solution. Crazy!

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile One helpful rep on my third call confirmed that the promotion was never set up at the beginning. So if I wait until my third or fourth or fifth bill, I will still be charged for the full monthly fee with no monthly discount and no credit on the activation fee.

@Fidomobile Hello Anthony, I don't have an issue. They questioned whether the credit would apply to first bill. Just pointing out it states third invoice

@Fidomobile Your call center manager screwed my day. I have never seen my husbands talking to anyone with his hands shaking due to all the anger from one simple billing issue. We still have got your flyer that offers us a $35 plan and the small words say “$20/mo bill credit”

@Fidomobile without my acknowledgement, my add-ons were removed by suggesting a new plan on call. Customer executive didn't tell at that time. What I got was an mail in my junk folder that I got to know after 45 days when charged 281$ for long-distance. Unprofessional behavior
