LOL the compensation from the Rogers @Fidomobile outage is not even 10 dollars! **** you Rogers.

Has anyone ever tried to submit a claim to @Fidomobile for a replacement lost/stolen phone? Well, that service gets outsourced to a company in Texas, and the process thus far has been an absolute f*****g nightmare.

We just had the worst customer service experience with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile We were charged for 6 days of roaming service that we didn't have. In Fido's words, they can't refund charges that "Fido deems valid" - their answer to every proof that we provided. Customer lost.

@Fidomobile ive waited 3 weeks for my phone order and your support wont tell me why it was cancelled, why it wont ship and the support team reordered it for me and keeps telling me "youll get the phone by the end of the week" three times now on three different weeks

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Upgraded my phone through the app, selected express pick up at my local store. I received order confirmation and it said to wait for a "pick up" email from the store. I never got one. Fido chat said the store should have it and to call them 1/3

@Fidomobile just credited me an extra 5GB of data for 6 mo. No charge. For being a loyal customer. And that’s why I’ve been with them for 14yrs. Thanks!

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

Jesus Christ @Fidomobile is the single worst company I have ever dealt with and it's not even close. The lack of competition in Canada is absolutely killing us, and I'm not even talking about the Rogers outage last month.

Almost drowned and lost my phone in the process. PTSD engaged. Was terminated without cause from my job a week later. Called @Fidomobile to have a payment plan set up. The woman on the phone from Montreal told me to find a job…more than once. That’s customer service 👌
