@Fidomobile I had ordered a device 10 days ago. I have no idea whats happening and the excitement is already down the drain. While placing the order, it was mentioned I would get it in 2-5 days but I havent received any update on it yet. I have to travel on Saturday and I need it

  • romantoronto Roman Kovalenko (@romantoronto) reported

Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!

  • NatalieCarlino Nattt 🇺🇦 (@NatalieCarlino) reported

Two separate calls, 45 minutes later and @Fidomobile customer retention keeps hanging up every time a costumer service rep transfers me. A complete waste of my morning.

  • Onelovepeace7 Straker (@Onelovepeace7) reported

@Fidomobile Fido’s roaming charges are a rip off scam. Cancel your Fido contract today!!!! #fidosolutions

@Fidomobile what is happening with Fido’s service@in the west end of Ottawa? Since the storm, I have had no data for nearly 24 hours, and half my calls won’t go through. #unacceptable

  • jenlybel Jenlybel (@jenlybel) reported

@Fidomobile anywhere we can get updates on Ontario Fido Internet outtages post storm? I know it's been a weird few days, just looking to see if there's a time frame for return of service.

  • hamillaaron Aaron Hamill (@hamillaaron) reported

Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

  • Niklasmh Niklas M. Hansen (@Niklasmh) reported

Extremely dissatisfied with @Fidomobile Thursday morning a technician was here to install my WiFi, could not make it work. After talking with the support line 1-2 times a day since I still don’t have any internet, and no one can give me a timeline… 0 stars would not recommend

  • FurnByJonathan Jonathan Crone (@FurnByJonathan) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Power out across a large swathe of Ontario, home internet is down, & you’re sending alerts you’re going to cut off people’s data due to usage caps? I’ve been a Fido customer since before the network was publicly live: guess how fast I will drop you!
