@Fidomobile @Deepind32050694 You are a fraud company. Wont return calls. Wont help. We are trying to cancel our contract and can't talk to anyone or get a call back. I am going to keep posting until this gets done. We will never use Fido or Rogers because of this.

@Fidomobile so we can talk to someone 4 days after we call? Cant talk to anyone when we call like we used to? And then they add 5$ to my plan because the service is better???? 🤡 just tell me you want me to leave.

Moved from @Fidomobile to other carrier and was lured back by the customer retention just to be disgusted again by the “customer assistance” when activating the sim. Why run a company if you don’t have the funds to assist customers?
