@Fidomobile Can't stand new cust service. I have a tech support issue, Fido MAKES you select a call back date/time that is almost always the next day and "only 2 slots" left if same day. I have no service and I am FORCED to wait!?! Where is the queue to wait on phone? UNACCEPTABLE!!

Absolutely piss-poor service from @Fidomobile. Charged me $75 for a device on 3g when it's 4g compatible, assured me it could be credited when it appears on my bill, then refused to credit me when it did.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I want the phone I ordered. Samsung galaxy z fold 7. No @fido switched up the phone. Everyone double check your phones you may not have the one you ordered. I'm going to file a complaint with #ccts. Also contacting others about this. #customerRights

@Fidomobile 1st time - nobody called 2nd time - "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" 3rd time - after speaking for 45 mins, "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" There is 0 satisfaction, 0 resolution, & seems like 0 effort given by Fido.

@Fidomobile are you guys keeping this automated phone system where it takes 5 1/2 hours to hear back from an actual person? Or is this something you're just testing? Because I will cancel my service if this is the future of Fido.

Hi, @Fidomobile, disappointed with the service & how issue is being handled. I have been using Fido for last 4 years and deserve better treatment. feel like being scammed. I hv ordered a device and got a faulty one. returned the device bt still forced to use a bigger plan
