@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Fido services suck, when outage came in you guys shut down your customer service lines on phone & chat, and left customers without any clue. I lost my whole day work, who will compensate for this? I need bill credit for this. PATHETIC SERVICE, I’m going away!

I can call out and receive calls, but I still can’t text, and I can’t call everyone. My sister is in Rogers network, and I still can’t reach her. Why can’t we text @Fidomobile #rogersdown #fidodown

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know anyone that had "intermittent service interruptions" but I know a ton of people (myself included) in BC that had no service whatsoever for the entire day... 😕
