    Disappointed with @Fidomobile I've been charged for the devices although I returned them within 30 days. Since 2 months I am following up for the refund, everything executive says that it will be adjusted in next bill! Really should have though before switching to your network!

    @Fidomobile Why do you guyz take such a long time to refund customers money?? Its been a month since service was canceled and still cheque not recd WOULD U ALLOW IF CUSTOMER PAYS BILLS AFTER 3 TO 6 WEEKS AFTER BILL GENERATED???

    @Bell oh and once a contract is done, it is upto the customer to call and let bell know as bell will continue to charge for a device that's been fully paid!! @Fidomobile I'm coming to you soon!!!

    @Virgin I chose you over @Fidomobile since there customer service was beyond tolerance, but your bad reception is forcing me to switch back. I had 0 issues with Fido's reception. Disappointed

    @Fidomobile However, much to my surprise I was charged for all of these. Very unfortunate. I called customer service and they told me they can’t help as there’s no proof. Are you kidding me?

    @Fidomobile Bought a used fido phone in June. No issues. Now it is blacklisted. Have text convo with seller saying the phone is clear, not stolen. Do I have any options here? I want to keep phone.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I ordered my iPhone pro max 13 1 tb from fido in the morning on the very 1st pre order date. It’s been four weeks and no tracking number. Spoke to live chat & they said it will be AT LEAST another 4 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Trash service.
