    I am using 30Gb for 60$, and all of a sudden when i want to downgrade my data package to 10GB You are offering me 10GB for 56$ ? So i am saving 4$ and loosing out on 20GB ? Isn't that stupid? 'cause of these abysmal offers I'd be not be doing business with you guys. @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile there is an fido home internet outage is my area. I have a fido cellphone connection as well kindly provide me some add on complimentary data so i can use it to WFH.

    @Fidomobile after a year of flawless reception your wifi has done nothing but crap out on me for three months straight, racking up my cell phone data and disrupting my work from home productivity. Looking forward to switching providers.

    I am an international student in Canada, struggling to get help from fido for fraud that happened on my account. I have been asked to call after every 3-4 business days from the last one month, but no solution yet. Need help as this is very stressful. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    I had 2 existing tickets that was completely ignored. This is the worst customer service ever to be told that they have no solution for you. FIDO did not entertain the idea that it is a network problem. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Dear fido  I am feeling like a biggest mistake in my life to move to fido from virgin like your customer care representative have no base like every one is saying different things every time and charge me higher bill every month and make a fake promises every time

    @Fidomobile failing to understand why I received one year of flawless wifi reception your internet has to decided to stop working at least once a day (if not, more) leading in me racking up my cell phone data and causing issues for my work from home productivity

    @Fidomobile Cant make outbound calls. In Maple ridge BC v2x6b6. Fido customer service poor. How long before service restored? 2 days is a long time without full service😡

    @Fidomobile I cannot make outgoing calls! I want a refund as this is really terrible service right now. @TELUS is not having this issue I think I will switch to them
