    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile more than 14 hrs without services today - been with FIDO for more than 25 years - never had trouble like this - forced to switch to TELUS #switchingtotelus

    @Fidomobile Worst service. Today from morning can’t make outgoing calls nor internet is working. Not even able to reach customer care. Haven’t seen a daylong outage for any service provider.

    @BCGovNews so if we miss our text with a vaccine appointment link thanks to the @Rogers/@Fidomobile network outage, what happens? Will texts be re-sent tomorrow? (Or whenever it goes back online?) Is there a way to enter our registration number into some online system vs. SMS?

    @Fidomobile your response to the issues was to shut down all avenues of customer support. You could at least he helping your customers set up wifi calling since you're unable to keep your service running. Instead you in st show us you really don't care.
