Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported@Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.

Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported@Fidomobile I just changed over to Fido and took me days to finally talk to someone. When I got someone, he didn’t help at all. Not a single question was properly answered and not. A single problem was resolved.

When I try to reach out for support there’s only robots available and they don’t understand.
