    @Fidomobile Apparently if your ex-customer leaves your network, you make them beg to get back their due credit bill amount.Nov 23rd ported to another network provider after 1 year of service with Fido without a single default in bill payments.

    @Fidomobile She doesn't use the internet, email, text, etc. Had I known her bill would switch from paper to online billing without her consent, I WOULD NOT have helped add that 2nd mobile #. I called FIDO, which did not help, so now I'm here. PLEASE, SWITCH HER BACK TO PAPER! 2/2

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions This is something that I've never expected from Fido. My 1st subscription was from Fido but as a customer, I really don't like your service at all. When you are not upto your mark, please do not try to advertise yourself & let people fall for your trap.

    Hey @Fidomobile - ordered a new phone a couple of weeks ago now and FedEx is telling me it was delivered to the wrong address. I've received all the paperwork about the upgrade but not the phone, so I clearly didn't give you the wrong address.. Can I get some help pls?

    Dear @Fidomobile, know what sucks? Calling your support line, specifically requesting the tech support line, waiting on hold for 40 min, and then getting a customer support agent who tells me they have to put me on hold to forward me to tech support.
