Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.
-
Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
-
Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

Silent Eyes (@ryanavi21) reported@Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

Angela F. (@RRCCowner) reported@Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.

Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ChatGPT seems correct: "What you saw is not accidental: AskJack has hard stop conditions. . .: Pushes a canned message. . . Disables input to prevent further escalation Repeating “agent,” “human,” or “callback” does not override this..."–@Fido has PROGRAMMED it to REFUSE to help.

Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported@Fidomobile Your customer service is beyond terrible. It was horrible before but now you can't even talk to a human being unless you make an appointment? I am switching phone carriers. And I can't even get my issue resolved which I'm sure you'll charge me for.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
