@Fidomobile why is my internet in Victoria BC so slow and inconsistent? Seriously, I have to hotspot off my work phone on Telus just to send this. For shame.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You guys have the worst customer care service ever. There is no value for a loyal customer and you do not care to keep your customers. Please go bankrupt. There should be a petition about bringing US companies to Canada.

@Fidomobile where's my credit for the recent outage. Received a full bill with no credits applied. Do I have to call you for this?

@Fidomobile: look at these GREAT plans we offer! Also Fido: oh wait - you're already a customer? No, you can pay what you pay or you can pay more, those are your only two options. Also Fido: (but we're SUUUPER sorry about that blackout thing. Have five days free.)

I don’t know whether I'm customer of @Fidomobile or their representatives. I’m calling them since last month because of my $569.0 bill I got due to their representative’s miscommunication&now they advising me to quit the network. This is what I should expect from @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile Your name should be Fraudo not Fido. My biggest mistake was to purchase a phone on your website. It has been almost a month since I returned it, but the phone is still in my account and you are charging me for it. Your customer support is useless.

To be honest, I didn't even know there was a Canadian cell service outrage, as my @Fidomobile roam like home has been malfunctioning like that the whole 2 months. Fido, I hope you do right by my refund
