@Fidomobile Why can't I talk right away to the customer service?

  • 3Sawyer Peyton Sawyer (@3Sawyer) reported

@Fidomobile you raised my bill $3 a month and you told me it was to provide better service. Since you raised my bill: 1. My data service has been slow and constantly being switched to 4G which can't even load a Google search. 1/3

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile Why we have to book a call? Why can't there are no customer service people at the same time? It was before ..Fido what's to save money not to hire more people but when the phone and plan comes they charged heavy

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile one of the worst companies and worst customer service I am supposed to get $75 one time credit on my bill it's not there when I call it says I have to request a call back really? Why can't we talk with customer service right away? And they don't work on weekends

  • MacnChzPlz ✝🙏🍁 SimplyBlessed 🐈🦇🐘 (@MacnChzPlz) reported

@Fidomobile After sitting with this all day, I still feel I must add: It's disappointing when your rates go up, yet your customer service goes down. I speak as someone who worked in customer service for almost 50 yrs. Fido used to be set apart in excellence in that regard, imo.

  • ChrisBotha29305 Chris Botha (@ChrisBotha29305) reported

@Fidomobile Thx Maude, we arrived at our international destination and roaming did not work as expected, ended up making alternative arrangements and canceled my service with Fido.

  • Phoenix25R Phoenix🕉️ (@Phoenix25R) reported

@Fidomobile My issue isn’t about “answering questions.” It’s about the timing of the call. If I have to wait two days, I might as well visit a store and fix it myself. What’s the point of “online customer service” if urgent issues can’t be handled promptly?@Fidomobile

  • ChrisBotha29305 Chris Botha (@ChrisBotha29305) reported

@Fidomobile Your AI agent is doing everything in its power to prevent me to speak to a real person. I'm having technical issues and I'm beyond frustrated as a new customer... not cool @Fidomobile not cool.... @Rogers

  • Phoenix25R Phoenix🕉️ (@Phoenix25R) reported

@Fidomobile Yes, the appointment is in two days. By then, I might as well go to a store and have the issue resolved myself. What’s the point of offering "online customer service" if urgent issues can’t be addressed in a timely manner?@Fidomobile

  • LeeAnnNapiorkow LeeAnn Napiorkowski (@LeeAnnNapiorkow) reported

@Fidomobile Thats it? No compensation for a major outage? No ability to speak to humans? Come on....this has to be a bad joke!
