@Fidomobile So I needed a new phone ASAP, FIDO offered me a new iPhone 11 which would be sent to me within 2-5 business days..... SURPRISE! Today I get an email saying it won't be shipped for another month. Customer service does nothing. I'm stuck. What the actual hell

@nashls @Fidomobile They try to tell me the issue isn't their cell towers but EVERYONE on the Rogers network in the County is having this issue. Switching to the 3G network helped (settings>cellular>cellular data options) but it's not great.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I wanted to buy a Fido number with a plan online, but anytime I choose the "PLANS" and then "add a line", I see an error saying that Fido facing a problem and contacting to support! it is for days and no solution yet. I want to buy it online and no time for go to store right now

@Fidomobile So Fido aka Rogers still continues to provide a service loaded with call drops and frequent data dis-connectivity.... Makes me feel as though I am living in a remote jungle.
