    @Fidomobile thank you for charging me 24 dollars for US roaming when I was in Edmundston-NB (never crossing the US border) and for saying that you can't give my money back because "it was automatic" and the customer service agent can't do anything about it. Nice going! 👌🏻

    @FidoSolutions Just finished a chat with your tech support who ended the conversation abruptly saying there is no ETA on when the services will be restored. How are customers supposed to rely on your services? @Fidomobile @Rogers

    @KF20204 @Fidomobile Any $$ issues no matter how small go directly to them #General_securedteam on instagram they helps in refunds no services fees. Thank you. Do NOT feel to big to contact them. Your safety is their priority
