Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

Colin R. (@earlydrama1550) reported@Fidomobile no "fido answers"? When did the standard of service change that I am scheduling into tomorrow to talk to someone about y'all messing up the promo credit on the device and plan I just bought? That AI assistant is infuriating. Ridiculously awful customer service, guys!
