    @chatrmobile @Fidomobile Chatr is HORRIBLE and bills every 28 day period rather than a full month I was curious as to why my dates kept changing. Now I'm trying to contact them through their app and it only leads to twitter or Facebook :/ not very professional and extremely shady without receipts

    @Fidomobile Why don't you offer family shared data plans? Fido has really gone to **** since Rogers took over. No more fido dollars, no more free phones on 2 year contract. Now to upgrade your phone you're required to change your current plan. 21 years with fido. Time to switch.

    @Fidomobile The default wifi that was provided to me is no longer working. Its 2021 and just imagine what its like not having wifi for 10 days out of the month. Can you please explain how I pay my internet bill every month and this is the type of service I am receiving.

    More than 30 minutes on the phone to talk to Fido customer service! Maybe hire more people! Bad service for the amount of money you charge! SMH @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile to make matter worse as I am currently waiting on hold, who thought it was a good idea to have that awful playlist. You think your customers want to be serenaded during long wait times.

    @Bell and @Fidomobile both your networks are **** i cant make calls or recieve em (fido) and when i do a zoom call for work the wifi ****** drops (bell) 😡 not the ****** first time for both

    Switched to Fido, get told our total bill would be $107.35 after taxes. First bill? $362.84! **** ALL THE WAY OFF, @Fidomobile.

    @Fidomobile please fix the voicemail feature!!! Today I could not listen to my voicemail because your system is faulty. come on. My voicemail is clogged, because I've got a series of voicemessages from quite a few telemarlketers and I can't delete them most likely empty messages
