@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions got charged for international roaming for 8-9 days incorrectly. No support from customer care. Either solve this problem or let know how to close Fido account. #badcustomerservice #overcharged

@Fidomobile leaving me on hold for an HOUR while trying to cancel my service is the kind of petty i almost respect

@Fidomobile I need you solve my issue! I’m your Custumer and I have been scam from your workers… my deal on my bill is not happening, why? They don’t know how to apply them?

  • linesbylyons Dawn (@linesbylyons) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It was someone else from Fido who began the PM conversation a month ago to try to get help that still has not been received. I appreciate that now is a busy time but this started in October so there’s no excuse for the fact this customer is still waiting.

  • BeingRahulRawat Rahul Rawat (@BeingRahulRawat) reported

@Fidomobile worst customer service. I have 2 years of relationship with multiple lines but still customer service has no solution to my problem. Either your team only apologises for disconnects the line while talking/chatting. Time to switch to another provider.

  • QZTAcct LY (@QZTAcct) reported

@Fidomobile Would Fido suspend service if I charged back the incorrect charge through my credit card?

  • DeborahAncel Deborah Ancel (@DeborahAncel) reported

@Fidomobile Your attempt to correct my contract has gotten me a charge for $112 for one day of service. No one can fix this? It was supposed to be $1.50!

  • sinha_subhajit1 Subhajit Sinha (@sinha_subhajit1) reported

@Fidomobile Your customer care is just tossing calls with other departments and saying things are slow, wait a minute and then put on hold hoping the caller would terminate. I was in line 1:30 hr before they disconnect only to say hello and confirm identity.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Any alert about Fido extra fees customers pay right left and center. The $50 service charge for walking out of family plan, another $50 fees transfer of responsibility (what ?!), $50 fees for setting wireless account. All that just to have your own line instead of family plan
