  @soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.

  Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  Count your days @Fidomobile !! I've scheduled a callback and still haven't received a call. I even tried the stupid voicemail prompt and still no call back. Cancel my account while we're at it.. It's not like I get to use it anyway. Ever since you guys upgraded your network...

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I need to cancel a new line before they ship the phone, but I am unable to get a call before tomorrow. I called yesterday but he told me I had to call again on Monday, but I just received the confirmation of the order. Can you cancel it before it’s sent

  Ever since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
