Let me tell you of the time in July 2022 when I ordered a phone upgrade through @Fidomobile and I signed a contract agreeing to that price. Then it never shipped because the phone was discontinued. And how I’ve been waiting for 3 months and they won’t offer me a replacement offer

Hi there, @Fidomobile My phone was in my pocket and it accidentally dialed an emergency contact which is in India. The call lasted for 2 mins and the moment I saw that a normal call is dialed to India. I disconnected, it lasted for two minutes and I don’t wanna get charged.

@Fidomobile I'm in the US, I'm being charged for roaming. I'm connected to a network but can't make or receive calls. My husband has contacted you to reset the network connection on my phone and it worked, but now it is back to not working. This is a problem. I need to call home.
