    @Fidomobile asked I need to cancel, give me email I’d or way to cancel online so that I don’t have to wait for long , response is there is no way you can cancel , you have to be in queue again to cancel it.

    @Fidomobile Hello Fido… I’ve been having trouble with my internet lately. We just switched from Rogers to you and as soon as we did we got instant wifi issues. Every time I go upstairs the connection gets so bad I can’t even call my friends on the phone for one second

    @Fidomobile see above 2 tweets Everyone should get the same deal and there needs to be way to cancel services online or via email or reduce the waiting time for live chat

    @Fidomobile I am having a billing issue when i call the customer care they say finance team will take care of it and there is no way i can reach them directly. Can someone please assist as a new bill is getting generated

    @Fidomobile Fido is the worst operator to be with!!! It seems like fido doesn’t care about their customers anymore. Your customer service department should be improved.
