    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile FidoRoam got activated without any consent. Received email and SMS for the same and there is no guidelines attached to that to CANCEL it. Live chat Queue position is more than 50 which would take more than 30 minutes to chat. Be competitive and take care of customers

    I went to Harvey’s to use the Fido xtra offer. Guess what @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your app failed and hit snag. That’s your way to giving Fido xtra so it won’t work when you want to use it. And locked me out for 30 mins. #worst

    @Fidomobile recomended Mobile Snap in Square one to fix her screen. We dropped off her phone, they fixed it and we left. Today we get a "thanks for your 5 star review" on Google. SHE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW. It said reviewed 16 hours ago, when Mobile snap had the phone. We...
