    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Another day and Fido doesn't give a SH*T about clients. On Hold for last 3 hours and 53 mins waiting to talk to a supervisor. The customer service representative says she can't do anything except waiting. #ShameOnYou #worstcustomerservice #fidosucks

    @Fidomobile I transferred to you, and I became very regretful. Many call me they found my phone is close, I spoke with customer service and they responded that there is pressure on the network!!! yesterday I lost a day of overtime because my manager called me and found my phone switched off

    SCAM @Fidomobile They promised you data, 5$even10 off. What a good deal!You sign up. Then you’ll find out it’s not working for u. They will throw you thousands of reasons. Their plan is worse than any you can easily get from other providers. That’s the way they SCAM people!

    @Fidomobile haven’t experienced such a poor customer service ever. Just brought the new Fido internet . The representative forgot to activate the modem and they told me to come back to the store to replace the modem. I had to go back to the store and they gave us a new modem

    @rogerstv @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your technician was meant to show up between 12-2. Claims he knocked on the door and called my husband. Neither are true (we are both home and waiting) and your “SOLUTION” is that you can come back on Friday. How is that acceptable?!?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I'm trying to contact in order to cancel my bill since I'm no longe staying in Canada, but it seems to be impossible from outside the country. Someone who could help me with it?

    @Fidomobile When I got my Fido simcard, the store represantative told me that 40 CAD for registration fee will be reduced from your second or third bill, it has not happened and that is bad
