    @Fidomobile I had to call a 3rd time to get someone to come today and they couldn't help me because I don't have a line going into my place (which was already expressed in many MANY PHONE CALLS.) The tech then tells me he will have to get someone else to help him and will call me back asap..

    @Fidomobile failing to understand why I received one year of flawless wifi reception your internet has to decided to stop working at least once a day (if not, more) leading in me racking up my cell phone data and causing issues for my work from home productivity

    @Fidomobile Anyone that feels they were ripped off with Fido scam roaming charges contact me and we can start a class action lawsuit. I checked with a lawyer and it has a VERY good chance of being successful. Cancel your Fido contract!!!

    @Fidomobile I cannot make outgoing calls! I want a refund as this is really terrible service right now. @TELUS is not having this issue I think I will switch to them

    @PublicMobile I’m looking to get this resolved. I need my phone working and your system is what has messed up and suspended it. If I can’t get this resolved I’ll have to move my service to @Fidomobile.

    @Fidomobile yo how come half way through my bill cycle my data stops working for 75% of the day?? customer service over the phone hit me w the “have u tried turning it off then back on” as if that never occurred to me.

    @Fidomobile 4) I reached out to customer support specialists multiple times over the past two days and asked them to update the charges from $180 to $5 and they simply said they can’t do it.
