@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you taught me a valuable lesson from this 24 hrs outage: Don't have internet & phone service from one company (Roger's). I will be canceling my Fido phone service and moving it somewhere else.

  • _shear_er Kay (@_shear_er) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile are you sure about that? it’s a full day later and i’m still without service, this is going on the third day. Seems a lot of others are in the same boat unfortunately, and “vast majority” does seem a bit of an overstatement. thankful i have Virgin wifi to even tweet this lol

  • Katlynn_shelby Katlynn (@Katlynn_shelby) reported

@Fidomobile @RogersWireless LOL you disrupt our lives, put people in danger, affect peoples incomes and your giving us a day credit??? Like…. $6??? Get ******. Contract is up in September, guess who we aren’t renewing with??? Two times in two years, no service for a day.

  • quirkysquirty Russell Teibert is dog **** (@quirkysquirty) reported

@squadplayer @cterlson Yeeeep mine is down still @Fidomobile.

  • spaciekadet spaciekadet (@spaciekadet) reported

@Fidomobile I’m not upset about my phone services being down, although I do expect reimbursement for that day, I will say, the lack of services showed how no one ever calls or texts me anyways, and I’m okay with that. So, thanks.
