Your repair guy uses my wife's phone to give HIMSELF a 5 star rating, BREAKS BOTH OUR PHONES worse than before, and you say "your claim to repair is denied, you're only allowed 2 every 365 days"? Worst customer service ever. TOOK 3 WEEKS to get that answer!?

Now, I am told it can only be done at the store it was purchased. I don't like this phone, plz help!
