    @Fidomobile I’ve been trying to speak to someone over the phone/on your website about being overcharged on my bill for the past 4 days and keep receiving error messages and having the phone hang up on me. Not the type of service I expect after being with this company over 10 yrs.

    @Fidomobile It takes multiple calls and HOURS waiting on the phone to get anything sorted. I've called in three times in the past week just to activate a new line and get SIM card shipped. Fido Chat keeps disconnecting and I have to wait all over again. SIM still doesn't work!!!

    @Fidomobile have been waiting for over an hour after sending in the authentication to enable Fido Support to attend an issue I am having since Nov 28. Short code SMS is NOT working after switching to Fido. I was working previous to the move to Fido!!!!

    @Fidomobile You guys are in a big mess again, and it looks like you didnt learn anything from the past! did new activation today, I cant make a outgoing calls. Tried all troushooting avlb online but I need some technical support, but nobody is available on chat/phone support.

    @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes!!!! What gives? I bet if I phoned sales someone would pick up right away. My mom, who is on my account, received a message saying her phone was going to be shut off today. What is the issue here????

    Customer support is just not available. 3 hours plus wait on line and ask jack never let me talk to specialist even after waiting for hours. @Fidomobile
