@Fidomobile thanks for nothing, Fido! Impossible to get through even to get in queue over the phone. Directs me to live chat. Live chat agent takes about 20 mins for each reply just to give me answers I already knew. Being a long time customer means nothing esp with offers.

@Fidomobile ive waited 3 weeks for my phone order and your support wont tell me why it was cancelled, why it wont ship and the support team reordered it for me and keeps telling me "youll get the phone by the end of the week" three times now on three different weeks

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

The @Fidomobile website has always been terrible but it's been over a year since I've been able to access it on MacOS Safari. Get rid of your god-awful SPA design and just give me a website where I can actually pay my bill.

@Fidomobile you lied. Due to the rogers outage, I had little service on July 9th. I paid for Fido Roaming on July 9th and was only able to use my phone for a small period of the day. I was expecting a $15 credit for the Fido Roaming for that day, but received nothing.

My wife and I were really happy with a service from @Videotron (Our internet provider) where they had a salesperson knocking on our door asking us to switch to them (for mobile services) and leave @Fidomobile. There was a catch though. 🧵 (PT 1)

@FidoSolutions What boggles my mind is why a @Fidomobile representative is not authorized to freeze/cancel transactions reported as being fraudulent within hours of it occurring. Why do you need the fraud department to take action when I am reporting it as such?

@Fidomobile I need to speak to someone in customer service asap. I have been calling the last few days and can not get through to a live person. It keep telling me to go to “Ask Jack”.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Upgraded my phone through the app, selected express pick up at my local store. I received order confirmation and it said to wait for a "pick up" email from the store. I never got one. Fido chat said the store should have it and to call them 1/3
