    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I accepted an offer from Fido Win back but didn’t get a confirmation email. After a couple of days, I called Fido customer service and they had no record of the order and “no notes” were left on my account. I’m confused. Did Fido rescind the offer?

    @Fidomobile would not help me get a new phone without add on fees so I went with another company. Today @Fidomobile called to win me back. Too little too late!

    @Fidomobile Hi Fido, Is it normal that i have to call 11 times YES 11 times (20 hours of my time lost over the phone and Chat) to have an issue That no agent is able to solve, No Mananger calls me back when i requested it ..?
