    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team. Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService

    @Fidomobile Is this how you treat your customers?! Just tells them to go do it themselves, then stops talking and puts them back on hold while the office is closed when you just don’t want to clarify a question they asked?!!!! I WAITED 4 F***KING HOURS FOR NOTHING!

    @Fidomobile online access to my account has been suspended (for no reason) and i have to wait 1.5 - 2.5 hours on the phone to find out WHY. Can you explain/please help? This is insane.

    @Fidomobile all I want is to view my bill… but I can’t cuz I can’t sign in… Why can’t I sign in? Says my email doesn’t match in your data base… weird I had emails from fido so you know it exist So why can’t I change my password AND WHY IM I WAITING AN HOUR TO TALK TO YALL!

    @Fidomobile then when asked for plans available to me as someone whose been with fido for a while, hd quotes me the same price as a new customer. I guess loyalty means nothing to Fido

    @Fidomobile Your customer service is APPALLING. The Ask Jack so called live chat is confusing, I’ve tried Twitter DM and no response from Fido. Currently on hold for almost an hour when told the wait time was approx 15 mins. Been a customer for 8yrs…
