    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Finally got my cellular and home phone service back 5 minutes ago. Any explanation for why this happened and why it took about a day to fix?

    @Fidomobile Phone has been down in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo Region all day. Have not been able to receive or make calls all day long. This is ridiculous and there had better be a rebate on our Bill's for at least one day of service.

    I have cell service again. Will book my appointments and get that all set up and then I'm cancelling my @Fidomobile service. If they're not there when I need them, then why do I need them?
