    Went to @TELUS store to replace my 3 yr old phone... after 45 mins of listening to the rep breakdown plans and offers, i’m told my account is too new for any of the offers to be honoured. If it wasn’t for the Canada/US plans I need for work I’d never leave @Fidomobile

    @Rogers @Fidomobile what's with the weak signal in East York, M4J? Phone shows 5 bars, I'm outside, bit I can barely makeout the wait music calling 611 from my phone. Basement apartment (of course) even worse. Wasn't like this in November.

    I've been a @Fidomobile customer for nine years, since moving to Canada. Here's a thread about the worst customer service I've ever had, and how no one should use Fido. Ever.

    Hey @Fidomobile ! I've been trying to connect with one of your agents for most of the day today. With more than 10 chats opened and 4 calls with ZERO being answered. Currently more than 40 mins on the line waiting! Is this the type of customer service you want to provide? #Help

    @Fidomobile My plan is $65 for 10GB. I see on the site that your 10GB plans are listed at $60. Who do I talk to about knocking my bill down by $5?

    This is not the first time I've had to deal with their pathetic service, so shame on me for thinking they might be worth considering. Anyhow I'm in the market for a new plan. Perhaps @Fidomobile can offer something? I cannot wait to be rid of the pathetic excuse called @Eastlink

    Hi @Fidomobile you sent me a broken modem and I need a new one right away. The part where the coax cable attaches is not connected to the unit. Very disappointing
