    @Fidomobile - Team I was charged $50 when I moved from Chatr to Fido and was promised that this amount will be adjusted in Nov which did not happen. I contacted the customer care and they said it will be adjusted in Dec which again did not happen. I am tired of talking

    @Fidomobile No! You have OPENED 2 new mobile phone numbers for me!  It should only be 1, with the new TABLET! CALL HOLD TIME IS 1 HR, 9 MIN! UNACCEPTABLE. I have been a Fido customer for 20 years (even when you were Microcell), and this is a complete slap in the face.

    @Fidomobile get your **** together. I haven canceled, not received a single bit of help or connection for internet once..returned my modem and yet yiu still keep ending me bills. I'm tired of wasting hours of my life on the phone with useless people!!!!!

    Today I have witnessed extremely pathetic customer service from a Fido rep named Yusuf @Eglinton Square GTA.The rep denied my product purchase for noreason. Will escalate this to the highest level. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.@Fidomobile #poorcustomerservice

    @akctba @Fidomobile As much as I love Fido I agree with you, almost three years being a customer entering contests Everyday I never win..something is Fishy to say the least. With the free service for a year 10 Winners per month and still haven’t Won that is concerning to me..
