  @Fidomobile your AI is ****!!! I'm having issues with the phone no longer detecting my sim intermittently everyday and you dumb AI can't send me to technical support. It's wants me to schedule a call and keeps on asking about making a payment.

  @Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!

  What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

  @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

  @Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!
