    @SophieChatel1 I was denied entrance to a @Fidomobile retail shop. They asked me to lower my mask and present id prior to entering but there is no policy stated. I filed a complaint to head office and thus far no reply

    @Fidomobile when my plan is up I am going to tell you guys to go **** yourselves for good and I am going yo tell everyone how many ******* lies I was told. Told tablets were free with data plan only to find out I am $ for them @JustinTrudeau time to stop this ******* bullshit!

    Hey @Fidomobile, my daughter got exactly 18 (!!) spam calls today. This lack of security and customer service is unacceptable. Fix it or both of us are gone!

    @Fidomobile i'm very very disappointed by service, no one answered while i call on customer service. internet speed dropped gradually, took 2,3 days off. please i want someone to fix asap or i'll get other ISP. 😣😣😣😩 fido👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @Fidomobile very disappointed being a long time customer. I have 6 lines with fido and would like to add a 7th line BYOP and can't get any of the loyalty deals on a new line which I have on my others . Guess gotta shop around to @Bell @TELUS

    I would avoid using @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions like the plague, $700 in long distance fees and no one is willing to actually help, just the same prewritten message. Disconnecting my services ASAP.

    @Fidomobile I chat in the morning to cancel my accoutn and it was confirmed by CC, i evening went to store to return the modem they advised service is not cancelled Why? I still dropped the modem, hope there will be no billing issue. Thanks
