    It’s been 2 weeks since @Fidomobile changed my number without my consent. And every day for the last 2 weeks they have bounced me around without answers. Whatever you do, do not get phone service with @Fidomobile . Overall TRASH SERVICE!!!!!

    @Fidomobile almost 2 months to activate an e-sim and it is still not working. I am sandwiched between customer support and Fido store and no one is able to fix the issue. I am paying you for the run around and mental harassment.

    I've had the WORST time switching over to @fidomobile. Terrible customer service. My complaint has been ongoing for a week and they just keep making it worse. Totally regretting my decision of changing plans.

    @Fidomobile Hello, I received an email from Fido on December 24th for winback, i also received multiple phone calls from winback team but every time I picked up call got hung up (multiple times). Seems this is known issue. Can someone help me?

    @Fidomobile very unhappy with phne exchange experience with Fido.Signed up last month but because I wanted a different device, Im being told I need to wait till next billing cycle. In the meanwhile my phone has been returned. So no phone, long wait & no help, except an escalation
